Installation

  1. Free the handlebar ends by removing the standard bar ends.
  2. Place the structure without tightening and check that levers and cables remain free with the steering turned.
  3. Block the inner attachment, then the one at the end.
  4. Complete tightening to the manufacturer's torques and repeat the check after 100 km.

Tightening torques and complete sequence in the official Barkbusters instructions (INS-BHG-120-00-NP).

Frequently Asked Questions

My Triumph is not in the table: can I still mount it?
No. The kit is designed for the handlebar geometry of the 3 listed models. Both the model and the year are needed: a Triumph Tiger 900 GT from a different year may require a different kit.

Are the protection plastics included?
No. Barkbusters sells the structure and plastics separately: here there is only the aluminum structure with the screws. JET, VPS, STORM, and CARBON plastics are ordered separately and are interchangeable.

What is the difference with single-point versions?
The double point is indicated by the manufacturer for impact protection, the single point only for wind and weather.
