Return Policy – Endurrad
At Endurrad, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product by following the conditions and procedure outlined below.
Return period
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order (EU right of withdrawal).
Product condition
The product must be returned:

intact, with no signs of use, scratches, or damage;

complete with all its parts and accessories;

in its original packaging, which must also be in good condition.
Non-returnable products
We do not accept returns for:

used or assembled products;

items damaged due to negligence, misuse, or incorrect installation;

customized or made-to-order products;

promotional or clearance items marked as "non-returnable."
Return Procedure

Authorization Request
Send an email to info@endurrad.com indicating:-
order number;

first and last name used for the purchase;

product to be returned;
-
reason for return (optional, but useful);

any photos in case of defects/damage.

Approval
We will reply confirming the return authorization and providing shipping instructions. -
Return shipment (by the customer)

After our authorization, the return is shipped by the customer using a courier of their choice.

We ask that you use a traceable shipping method and keep the courier receipt or invoice.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Receipt and verification
Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to verify its conformity and integrity.
Refunds

If the return is approved, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The following will be refunded:

the price of the product;

the shipping costs incurred by the customer for the return, upon presentation of the relevant courier receipt/invoice.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@endurrad.com.
Note: The refund of shipping costs refers to the customer's costs for sending the return, as described above. Any additional optional services (e.g., delivery to your door, extra insurance, special packaging) are not refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately in case of defects, damage, or incorrect items: we will assess the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom-made or personalized products, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any doubts about a specific item, please contact us.
Replacements
The fastest way to receive what you want is to return the item you received (following the procedure above) and purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period – European Union
If the goods were shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide justification.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn/unused, with all tags and in its original packaging.
The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
