Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be available on subscription, pre-order, or "try before you buy" basis. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you will receive deliveries on an ongoing basis. These deliveries are based on the duration of the subscription and the frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. You can use these to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon but is not yet in stock. At checkout, we may not charge you or may charge you only a partial deposit and store your payment method, then fulfill your order and charge you the full amount, or the remaining amount, at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid preorder that has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase an item with the "Try before you buy" option, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. After that time, if you have not returned it, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
