In brief. The QJMotor Rino 900 is the three-cylinder adventure bike that Qianjiang Group's brand is bringing to EICMA 2026 in its production version, following the prototype shown in Milan a year ago. It has a 900 cc inline three-cylinder engine producing 119 hp at 10,000 rpm and 93 Nm at 8,000 rpm, a steel frame with the engine as a stressed member, an aluminum swingarm and subframe, Marzocchi suspension, Brembo brakes and tubeless spoked 19- and 17-inch wheels. Its equipment is that of a high-end tourer: quickshifter, cruise control, electrically adjustable windscreen, heated grips and seat, keyless ignition and tire pressure sensors.
The key point to know right away: the price and arrival date have not yet been announced. There is speculation in Spain about a price below €10,000, but it is unconfirmed. Here, we separate confirmed data from details reported by just one source, compare it with the Triumph Tiger 900 GT and CFMOTO 800MT Explore, and look at what you need to set off.
The Rino 900 brings a three-cylinder engine to Chinese mid-size adventure bikes
Until now, Chinese 800-900 cc adventure bikes have used parallel-twin engines. QJMotor opts for a three-cylinder, the same configuration as the Triumph Tiger 900.

QJMotor is the motorcycle brand of Chinese group Qianjiang, which has also owned Benelli since 2005. The Rino 900 was shown as a prototype at EICMA 2025; this year in Milan, it arrives in production form, with a design by Italian studio C-Creative, led by Giovanni Castiglioni and Adrian Morton. According to Motoblog, the motorcycle is already Euro 5+ homologated and in production, and in some markets it also appears under the SRT 900 X3 designation.
The formula is clear: a touring crossover with a 19-inch front wheel, plenty of electronics and comfort features usually found only on the more expensive versions of its European rivals. It is not an enduro bike for demanding off-road riding, and the suspension figures confirm that.

The figures match across four publications, but the official specifications have not yet been published
QJMotor has not published a technical specification sheet for the Rino 900 that we could access. The figures come from the presentation and have been reported by several publications; we identify their sources.

How to read this table. Power, torque, engine configuration, and wheel sizes match across all the publications. Suspension travel and brake discs come from MotorBox, while ground clearance and the inertial measurement unit are reported only by Motoblog. Until QJMotor publishes the official specifications, these latter figures should be considered unconfirmed.
The 119 hp triple is at the heart of the project
Power and torque are higher than those of the Triumph Tiger 900 GT, the category’s benchmark triple.

The 900 cc inline-three has DOHC, four valves per cylinder, and a balancer shaft to keep vibrations in check. Maximum power of 119 hp arrives at 10,000 rpm, and torque of 93 Nm at 8,000 rpm: figures for an engine that likes to rev, rather than a tractor-like twin. For two-up touring with luggage, what will matter is how the engine pulls between 4,000 and 6,000 rpm, and only a road test will reveal that.
The engine is mounted as a stressed member, a solution that reduces the frame’s weight and increases its rigidity. The six-speed gearbox has a slipper clutch and electronic quickshifter; final drive is by chain.
Electronics
L’accelerator is ride-by-wire with three riding modes and traction control. L’ABS has a dedicated off-road mode. Motoblog also mentions a six-axis inertial measurement unit with ABS and traction control that work in corners: this is an important detail, but for now it is reported only by that source.
- Three riding modes and traction control: the basics for rain, off-road riding and carrying a load.
- ABS with off-road mode: useful on gravel and unpaved roads.
- Standard quickshifter: convenient on long rides and less tiring for the left hand.

19-inch wheel, Marzocchi and Brembo: the chassis is geared toward asphalt and easy trails
200 mm at the front and 190 at the rear are crossover suspension travel figures, not those of a specialist maxi-enduro.

Steel frame, double-sided aluminum swingarm and aluminum rear subframe: the Rino 900 uses premium materials where needed for rigidity and weight savings. The inverted Marzocchi fork is adjustable, as is the rear shock absorber. With 200 mm of front travel and 190 mm at the rear, according to MotorBox, the Rino sits above the Tiger 900 GT (180/170 mm) and below the rally versions of the maxi-enduros.
The brakes are Brembo: two 320 mm front discs with radial calipers and a 260 mm rear disc. The wheels are spoked with tubeless rims, 19 inches at the front and 17 at the rear—the most common sizes on adventure touring bikes, with the widest selection of road and mixed-terrain tires. In the launch photos, the bike is fitted with Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR knobby tires; QJMotor has not announced which tires will be fitted as standard.

The 185 mm ground clearance, reported by Motoblog, confirms its intended use: easy trails and gravel roads, yes; technical off-roading, no. Those looking for a bike for demanding trails will look at models with a 21-inch front wheel.
Electric windscreen, heated features and keyless ignition: equipment worthy of a high-end tourer
This is where the Rino 900 stands out: many of these features are optional on rivals or reserved for more expensive versions.

| Features | Rino 900 | Why it matters on a trip |
|---|---|---|
| Electrically adjustable windscreen | Standard (inSella, MotorBox, Dueruote) | Adjusts to the wind and your height without having to stop |
| Heated grips and seat | Standard (inSella, MotorBox, Dueruote) | Extend the season and the days spent at high altitude |
| Cruise control | Standard (all sources) | Less fatigue on highway journeys |
| Keyless | Standard (inSella, MotorBox, Dueruote) | Convenient, but the remote's battery needs replacing |
| Tire pressure sensors | Standard (inSella, MotorBox, Dueruote) | They alert you to a slow puncture before it becomes a problem |
| Color TFT with Bluetooth | 7 inches (inSella, Motoblog) | Navigation and phone connectivity without additional mounts |
| Lights | Full LED, turn signals integrated into the handguards (visible in the photos) | Visibility and lower consumption |

The 20-liter tank promises good range, but QJMotor has not disclosed average fuel consumption. For now, it's impossible to estimate how many miles a full tank will get you without making up a number.
On paper, the Rino 900 has more horsepower and more features than its direct rivals
The natural comparison is with 19-inch-wheel adventure bikes: the Triumph Tiger 900 GT and CFMOTO 800MT Explore.
| Model | Engine | Power / torque | Kerb weight | Fuel tank | Seat | Suspension travel | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| QJMotor Rino 900 | 3-cylinder 900 cm³ | 119 hp / 93 Nm | about 220 kg | 20 L | 815-830 mm | 200/190 mm | Not disclosed |
| Triumph Tiger 900 GT | 3-cylinder 888 cm³ | 108 hp / 90 Nm | 222 kg | 20 L | 820-840 mm | 180/170 mm | 14.995 € |
| CFMOTO 800MT Explore | 2-cylinder 799 cm³ | 91.2 hp / 75 Nm | 218 kg | 19.2 L | 825 mm | 160/150 mm | 8.990 € |
Rival specifications from Moto.it's price list (Triumph Tiger 900 GT 2024-26, CFMOTO 800MT Explore 2023-26), consulted on 03/11/2026. Rino 900 specifications from the EICMA presentation, as reported by inSella, MotorBox, Dueruote, and Motoblog.
The honest assessment: at the same weight and fuel capacity, the Rino claims more power and torque than the Tiger 900 GT, plus longer-travel suspension. Compared with the 800MT Explore, which costs 8,990 euros, it offers a much more powerful engine. It all comes down to the price: if the Spanish rumor of under 10,000 euros is confirmed, the Rino would sit between its two rivals with more features than either. If the price list climbs toward the Tiger's, its advantage will come down to comparisons of dealer network, resale value, and reliability, none of which can yet be assessed.

The Rino 900 is for those who travel on the road and want plenty of features at a price worth discovering
The intended use is clear: touring, including two-up, highways, Alpine passes, and gravel roads.

- You do a lot of road touring and want a three-cylinder engine with plenty of power in the mid and upper rev range.
- You're looking for heated grips, cruise control, and an electric windscreen without optional packages.
- Easy dirt roads are enough for you: gravel roads and well-maintained trails.
- You have an average inseam: 815-830 mm is within reach for many riders.
- It's not an enduro bike for technical off-road riding: 19-inch wheels and 185 mm of ground clearance.
- No price, arrival date, or service network has been announced yet.
- For now, it has no ecosystem of dedicated accessories: frames and protection will arrive after launch.
- No A2 version has been announced.
