Description LOBOO CP06 portable compressor for motorcycles and cars | 150 PSI, 35 L/min, 294 g

A slow puncture is almost always discovered far from a workshop, and the difference between a minor setback and a ruined trip is having something on board that can restore pressure to the tire. The LOBOO CP06 portable compressor weighs 294 grams and measures 156.6 × 47.7 × 45.5 mm: it fits in a jacket pocket, a crash-bar bag, or under the seat.

It delivers from 2 to 150 PSI at a flow rate of 35 liters per minute, powered by an all-metal permanent-magnet motor spinning at 22,000 rpm, with a carbon-fiber push rod. In LOBOO's timed test on a completely deflated 150/70 R17 tire, the CP06 reaches 2.5 bar in about four minutes, compared with 6 minutes 50 seconds and 4 minutes 45 seconds for two comparison inflators.

Set it once and it works on its own. The five modes — motorcycle, car, bicycle, balls, and a custom mode — have a preset value and an adjustable range, and the compressor stops automatically when the target pressure is reached. The reading is shown in PSI or bar, with a claimed accuracy of ±1 PSI.

The package includes fittings for Schrader and Presta valves, plus a needle for inflating balls. On the head, a LED emergency light offers steady and SOS flashing modes: it is useful for inflating in the dark, but also for signaling your presence at the roadside. LOBOO also claims noise levels below 75 dB at one meter and an air duct that stays cooler after inflation, measured at 46.7 °C compared with 62.6 °C for a traditional hose.

It is a 12V-powered device: connect it to the cigarette lighter socket or directly to the battery terminals using the included ring-terminal cable. It has no internal battery, so it cannot run flat at the bottom of your bag. Built according to the GB4706.1 standard, it carries CE, FCC, and RoHS markings.

Why choose it
Who is it recommended for

Documents and manufacturer

294 grams and 156.6 millimeters long. LOBOO compares it directly to a phone and an electric shaver, which is why a compressor like this actually ends up in your suitcase instead of staying in the garage. The best tool is the one you have with you.

Be visible when you stop in the dark

Be visible when you stop in the dark

On the head of the CP06, there is an LED light with two modes: steady illumination to light up the valve while you inflate, and SOS flashing to alert other vehicles to your presence. It activates by holding down the power button, so you don't have to search for the flashlight on your phone.

Count on a metal motor spinning at 22,000 rpm

LOBOO claims an all-metal permanent-magnet motor that spins at 22,000 revolutions per minute, resulting in a flow rate of 35 liters per minute. It’s the component that separates a compressor capable of inflating a completely flat motorcycle tire from one that stops halfway.

Choose carbon fiber instead of plastic

Choose carbon fiber instead of plastic

The push rod is made of carbon fiber, and the internal mechanism is entirely metal. These are the components that operate during every piston cycle: LOBOO identifies them as the reason for the assembly’s greater durability and performance, and they are the parts that fail first in inexpensive inflators.

Works for a long time without overheating

Works for a long time without overheating

The CP06’s body is designed with multiple cooling vents, an engine engineered to generate less heat, and a high-speed airflow that carries it away. In a compact compressor, temperature is the real limiting factor: it determines whether you can inflate two tires in a row or have to wait.

Inflate without deafening half the parking lot

Inflate without deafening half the parking lot

LOBOO states a noise level below 75 dB at a distance of one meter, achieved with a lightweight motor that vibrates less. For reference, the manufacturer places a motorcycle in motion at around 85 dB. It is still a compressor and can be heard, but it is at the lower end of the category.

Disconnect the tube without burning your fingers

Disconnect the tube without burning your fingers

LOBOO measured the temperature at the end of the hose with a thermal camera after inflating a completely flat motorcycle tire to 2.5 bar: 46.7 °C on the CP06 hose compared with 62.6 °C on a standard inflator. This is the moment when you have to unscrew the connector with your bare hands, often after already removing your gloves.

Included are the adapter for American valves, the one for French bicycle valves, and the needle for balls. A single unit covers the motorcycle, the family car, the kids’ bikes, and the ball—that’s why a universal compressor gets used far more often than you imagine when you buy it.

The CP06 is built according to the GB4706.1 standard and bears the CE, FCC, and RoHS markings declared by the manufacturer. For a 12V device that you’ll connect to your motorcycle’s battery, this is a check worth making before purchase, not afterward.

FAQs

For more information, please see our FAQ.

Will it work for my motorcycle?

Yes: the CP06 is a universal accessory, not a part to be installed on the vehicle. It inflates any motorcycle, scooter, car, or bicycle tire, as long as you have a 12V cigarette lighter socket or access to the battery terminals. There is no model compatibility to check.

Does it work without an internal battery, or does it need to be connected to the motorcycle?

It must be connected: the CP06 is powered at 12V from the cigarette lighter socket or directly from the battery terminals, using the supplied ring-terminal cable. It has no internal battery. This is a limitation if you are looking for a battery-powered inflator, but it is also why you never find it discharged when you need it.

How long does it take to inflate a motorcycle tire?

In the test published by LOBOO, the CP06 reaches 2.5 bar on a completely deflated 150/70 R17 tire in about four minutes. The two competing inflators in the same test take 6 minutes 50 seconds and 4 minutes 45 seconds, respectively. The manufacturer specifies that these are laboratory measurements taken under defined conditions.

Does it stop automatically when it reaches the pressure?

Yes. Set the value, press start, and the compressor will stop automatically when the pressure is reached. You don't need to keep checking the pressure gauge, which makes a real difference when you're wearing gloves and on the side of the road.

What are the five modes and their values?

Motorcycle: reference value 2.5 bar (37.5 PSI), adjustable from 2 to 55 PSI. Car: 2.5 bar (37.5 PSI), from 2 to 65 PSI. Bicycle: 38 PSI, from 2 to 120 PSI. Balls: 8 PSI, from 2 to 15 PSI. Free mode: 100 PSI, adjustable across the full 2–150 PSI range.

Can I also use it on cars, bikes, and balls?

Yes, and it is included by the manufacturer: the package contains the adapter for Schrader valves, the one for French bicycle valves, and the needle for balls. The preset modes cover motorcycles, cars, bicycles, and balls, plus a free mode for everything else.

How bulky is it to take on a trip?

294 grams and 156.6 × 47.7 × 45.5 mm: the dimensions of a slightly thick smartphone. It fits in an inner jacket pocket, a crash bar bag, a tail bag, or under the seat, without taking up valuable luggage space.

Is it very noisy?

LOBOO states less than 75 dB at a distance of one meter, with a lightweight motor designed to reduce vibrations. For comparison, the manufacturer places a motorcycle in motion at around 85 dB. It is still a compressor, so you can hear it, but it is at the lower end of its category.

What is the LED light used for?

On the head of the CP06, there is an LED light with two modes: steady illumination, for seeing the valve when inflating in the dark, and SOS flashing, useful for signaling your presence if you are stopped by the roadside. Activate it by holding down the power button.

How is it used in practice?

In four steps: connect the power supply to the cigarette lighter socket or battery terminals and the device enters standby mode; screw the hose onto the tire valve; briefly press the M button to select the mode and set the pressure; press the start button. The compressor operates and stops automatically. A detailed manual is included in the package.

What pressure should I use in summer on hot asphalt?

LOBOO recommends staying 0.2–0.3 bar below the preset value when the road surface is very hot, because the air in the tire expands with temperature. The reference remains the tire pressure specified by the motorcycle manufacturer in the owner’s manual or on the swingarm sticker.

Does the tube overheat during use?

Less heat than a traditional pump, according to the thermographic measurement published by LOBOO: after inflating a completely flat motorcycle tire to 2.5 bar, the end of the CP06 hose reached 46.7 °C compared with 62.6 °C for a standard inflator. The housing is also designed with multiple air vents to dissipate motor heat.

Is it a certified product?

The CP06 is built according to the GB4706.1 standard and bears the CE, FCC, and RoHS markings, as indicated by the LOBOO technical panel. It remains a 12V electrical appliance: use it according to the manual and do not leave it running unattended.
