Description Side Case Racks for CFMOTO 450MT | PIKE TRACKER
Pair of side case racks for the CFMOTO 450MT from 2024 onward, the motorcycle LOBOO identifies in the installation manual. This is the structure onto which the side cases attach: the cases are not included.
LOBOO calls it the Side Case Rack, code JP591B, PIKE TRACKER series. With the aluminum cases, the pair is 35 liters on the left and 30 liters on the right, because the right case is shaped to clear the exhaust.
What you can mount on these racks
- PIKE TRACKER aluminum cases P35L + P30R, in matte black or glossy silver: find them on the PIKE TRACKER aluminum cases page.
- WANDERER semi-rigid bags: LOBOO states that the JP591B is compatible with WANDERER side bags. Find them on the WANDERER semi-rigid cases page.
- ALPS inflatable bags of 23 and 30 liters, with mounts and keyed anti-theft system: find them on the ALPS inflatable cases page.
LOBOO aluminum cases can only be mounted on LOBOO racks. The reverse also applies: hard cases from other manufacturers do not fit these racks.
Will they fit the 800MT or 800MT-X?
No. The JP591B manual only lists the 450MT from 2024 onward. Dedicated listings are available for the other CFMOTO models: side case racks for the CFMOTO 800MT and side case racks for the CFMOTO 800MT-X.
What's included
The manual lists 11 items: left and right racks, a connecting bar, four Ø 20 × Ø 8.5 mm spacers (two 45 mm high and two 42 mm high), one Ø 25 × Ø 8.5 × 4 mm spacer, 2 M8 × 20 screws, 2 M8 × 60 screws, 2 M8 × 65 screws, 6 M8 washers, and threadlocker.
How to install them
Two stages. In the first, remove three original screws, two on the left and one on the right near the exhaust, and install the racks: at the top, use the M8 × 60 and M8 × 65 screws, the 45 and 42 mm spacers, and the washers; at the bottom, use the motorcycle's original screws, with the 4 mm spacer on the left. In the second stage, install the connecting bar at the rear using the two M8 × 20 screws and the washers. The manufacturer does not require drilling.
The kit screws must be tightened to 20 N·m. The rack hooks, which receive the cases, must be adjusted to the correct position and secured with threadlocker at 12 N·m. LOBOO asks you not to fully tighten everything immediately: first put all the parts in position, then apply threadlocker and tighten to the specified torque.
Racks and cases in a single order
If you want the racks and PIKE TRACKER cases together, there is the side case kit for the CFMOTO 450MT, available in black or silver.
Top case and three-case system
For a top case on the 450MT, LOBOO provides the JP601W luggage rack with top case plate, sold separately, which accommodates the PIKE TRACKER aluminum top cases in 36- or 45-liter versions.
LOBOO describes the JP591B as a stainless steel structure. The weight and maximum load of the racks are not stated, so we do not provide them. All other accessories for the CFMOTO 450MT are in the dedicated collection.
