Complete kit for CFMOTO 450MT from 2024 onward: the pair of JP591B side frames plus the two PIKE TRACKER aluminum panniers in 35 and 30 liters, in your chosen finish. One order, nothing else to match.

Why the two sides have different capacities

The right P30R pannier is shaped to clear the exhaust: it is deeper at the top (244 mm) than at the bottom (208 mm), which is why it holds 30 liters. The left P35L, without that constraint, holds 35 liters.

Measurements and weights stated by LOBOO

The pair weighs 11.6 kg when empty, excluding the frames. These measurements were taken manually, so some tolerance should be expected.

The frames and installation

The JP591B frames are installed without drilling, using M8 bolts tightened to 20 N·m, with threadlocker already included in the package. The parts list and installation sequence are on the CFMOTO 450MT side frames page. The panniers attach only to LOBOO frames.

What is not included

The top case and the JP601W rear rack are purchased separately. Each pannier has its own sensor light in the lid: the kit includes two, one for each side.

Before ordering

The kit is for the 450MT, not the 800MT or 800MT-X: for those models, there are the CFMOTO 800MT kit and the CFMOTO 800MT-X kit. If you already have the frames, you can purchase the panniers only from the PIKE TRACKER series page. LOBOO does not state a maximum load for each pannier: the motorcycle's maximum load specified by CFMOTO applies.

The LOBOO 450MT is available in three sets: the top case with the luggage rack, the pair of side cases with the frames, or all three cases together.

This kit is the side-case set: JP591B frames plus P35L and P30R cases.

In the LOBOO table, the side-case set is listed for the CFMOTO 450MT from 2024: left case plus right case, on the PIKE TRACKER side frame.

LOBOO aluminum cases can only be mounted on LOBOO frames and luggage racks, and the frames can be installed without damaging the motorcycle.

The case and frame connect at nine points using a system patented by LOBOO (utility model ZL 2017 2 0624675.2): a secure fit, without play or noise even after prolonged use.

According to the manufacturer, in the event of a fall or slide, the case remains firmly attached, while in a violent frontal impact it detaches to reduce the risk of oscillation (speed wobble).

Which motorcycles is the kit compatible with?

On the CFMOTO 450MT from 2024 onward: this is the motorcycle that LOBOO specifies in the JP591B frame manual.

Is the kit also compatible with the 800MT or the 800MT-X?

No. The JP591B frames are specified only for the 450MT. For the 800MT and 800MT-X, there are dedicated kits with the JP601B and JP603B frames.

What’s in the kit?

The pair of JP591B side frames with hardware and threadlocker, and the PIKE TRACKER P35L and P30R cases, with locks and keys, in the selected finish. Top case and luggage rack are not included.

Why do the two suitcases have different capacities, 35 and 30 liters?

Because the exhaust runs along the right side. The P30R has a narrower lower section (208 mm compared with 244 mm at the top) to clear it, which is why it holds 30 liters compared with the P35L’s 35.

How much do the suitcases weigh?

6 kg for the P35L and 5.6 kg for the P30R, so 11.6 kg for the pair without accessories. The weight of the frames is not specified by the manufacturer.

How bulky are the mounted panniers?

The P35L measures 498 × 268 × 408 mm overall, while the P30R measures 498 × 244 × 408 mm at the upper section. LOBOO does not state the total width of the equipped motorcycle.
