Description Side Pannier Racks for CFMOTO 800MT-X and 1000MT-X | PIKE TRACKER

Pair of side case racks for the CFMOTO 800MT-X from 2024 onward and the CFMOTO 1000MT-X from 2026 onward, the two motorcycles that LOBOO lists in the installation manual. This is the structure onto which the side cases attach: the cases are not included.

LOBOO calls it the Side Case Rack, code JP603B, and states that it is intended for cases in the PIKE TRACKER and CONQUEROR series. With the PIKE TRACKER cases, the pair consists of a 35-liter left case and a 30-liter right case, because the right case is shaped to clear the exhaust.

Does it fit the CFMOTO 800MT?

No. The JP603B manual names only the 800MT-X and 1000MT-X. There is a dedicated product page for the 800MT: the side racks for CFMOTO 800MT.

What you can mount on these racks

  • PIKE TRACKER aluminum cases P35L + P30R, in matte black or polished silver.
  • WANDERER semi-rigid bags BCB40T + BCB30T, with a capacity of 40 + 30 liters: LOBOO pairs them with PIKE TRACKER side racks with 18 mm tubing. You can find them on the WANDERER semi-rigid bags page.

LOBOO aluminum cases can only be mounted on LOBOO racks. The reverse also applies: these racks are not compatible with cases from other manufacturers.

What is included

The manual lists 12 items: left and right racks, rear crossbar, left and right brackets, 4 Ø 20 × Ø 8.5 × 30 mm spacers, 2 M8 × 20 bolts, 2 M8 × 25 bolts, 4 M8 × 50 bolts, 8 M8 washers, 2 Ø 20 caps, and threadlocker.

How to install them

Three steps: the left rack with its bracket, the right rack with its bracket, then the crossbar that joins them behind the tail section. The lower brackets are secured at the points where the manual specifies the motorcycle's original bolts. The manufacturer does not require drilling.

All M8 bolts must be tightened to 22 N·m. LOBOO asks you not to fully tighten them immediately: first position all the parts and make the adjustments, then apply the torque in sequence.

Top case and complete kit

For the top case, LOBOO specifies the JP601W luggage rack for the 800MT-X, sold separately. If you want the racks and cases in a single order, there is the side case kit for CFMOTO 800MT-X.

For the PIKE TRACKER system racks, LOBOO specifies stainless steel and aluminum alloy without indicating which part is made of which material. The rack weight and maximum load are not stated, so we do not provide them.

  • Pay attention to the code: it's MT-X, not MT. The two CFMOTO models have different subframes. This is the JP603B, designed for the 800 MT-X.

For the 800MT-X, LOBOO offers three sets: the top case with the luggage rack, the pair of side cases with the frames, or all three cases together.

This listing is the base of the side-case set: the JP603B frames. The cases are added separately or with the complete kit.

In the LOBOO table, the P Series side frames are listed for the CFMOTO 800MT-X from 2024 and the 1000MT-X from 2026. The 450MT and 800MT require different codes.

Manufacturer's note: LOBOO aluminum cases can only be mounted on LOBOO frames and luggage racks, and the frames can be installed without damaging the motorcycle.

The right PIKE TRACKER pannier has a recess that clears the exhaust tip, with the lower corner angled and covered in technical plastic. That is why the right side holds 30 liters and the left 35.

Widening the right side to equalize the volumes would make the motorcycle wider exactly where the exhaust runs. The bulkier luggage goes on the left.

The P35L on the left measures 498 × 268 × 408 mm overall and weighs 6 kg. The P30R on the right is deeper at the top (244 mm) than at the bottom (208 mm) because it leaves room for the exhaust, and weighs 5.6 kg.

These are the measurements to consider to know how much wider the motorcycle becomes and how much space you have inside: 451 × 227 × 381 mm internal dimensions on the left.

The case and frame connect at nine points using a system patented by LOBOO (utility model ZL 2017 2 0624675.2): a secure fit, without play or noise even after prolonged use.

According to the manufacturer, in the event of a fall or slide, the case remains firmly attached, while in a violent frontal impact it detaches to reduce the risk of oscillation (speed wobble).

Which CFMOTO models are the JP603B frames mounted on?

LOBOO declares them for the CFMOTO 800MT-X from 2024 and for the CFMOTO 1000MT-X from 2026. If you are unsure of your motorcycle’s year, send us the model and year before ordering.

Do they also fit the CFMOTO 800MT?

No. The JP603B manual only mentions the 800MT-X and the 1000MT-X. For the 800MT, there is the side frames product page for the CFMOTO 800MT, with the JP601B frame.

Are bags included?

No. The package contains only the frames with the hardware. The cases are purchased separately, or together with the frames in the side case kit for the CFMOTO 800MT-X.

Which aluminum suitcases can I mount?

The PIKE TRACKER P35L on the left and P30R on the right, in matte black or glossy silver. The manual also mentions the CONQUEROR series cases, without specifying their codes: if you are interested, write to us and we will check which ones.

Why is the right suitcase smaller than the left one?

Because the drain is on the right. The P30R has a narrower lower section (208 mm compared with 244 mm at the top) to clear it, which is why it holds 30 liters compared with the P35L's 35.

Can I install soft bags instead of aluminum cases?

Yes, the 40- and 30-liter WANDERER BCB40T and BCB30T semi-rigid bags. LOBOO pairs them with the PIKE TRACKER side frames with 18 mm tubing, in the position intended for the P35 + P30 set.

Can I use suitcases from other brands on these frames?

No. LOBOO states that its aluminum cases fit only LOBOO racks and not racks from other brands: the system must be used with cases and racks from the same manufacturer.

What tightening torque is required?

22 N·m on all M8 screws included. LOBOO asks that you do not fully tighten them during assembly: first, fit all the parts and make the adjustments, then tighten them in sequence using a torque wrench.

Do you need to drill into or modify the motorcycle?

No. The manual does not require drilling: the frames are attached to the motorcycle’s mounting points, and the two lower brackets are attached where the manual indicates the original screws.

How are they assembled?

In three steps: left frame with its bracket, right frame with its bracket, then the rear crossbar. At the top, each frame is secured with two M8 × 50 screws with a spacer; at the bottom, one M8 × 25 screw with a cap. If you have no experience, consult a workshop.

What is the diameter of the frames' tubing?

18 mm. This is the diameter that LOBOO specifies for the PIKE TRACKER side frames in the documentation for the WANDERER bags.

What material are they made of, and how much do they weigh?

The product page for the PIKE TRACKER LOBOO system indicates stainless steel and aluminum alloy for the frames, without specifying which part is made of which material. The weight of the frames is not stated.

How much weight can they hold?

LOBOO does not specify a maximum load for the frames. The limit to observe is the maximum total load indicated by CFMOTO for the motorcycle, which includes the rider, passenger, and luggage.

Are these frames enough to mount the top case?

No. For the LOBOO top case, the 800MT-X uses the JP601W luggage rack, sold separately. The frames and luggage racks together form the three-case system.

Can I buy frames and suitcases together?

Yes: the side case kit for the CFMOTO 800MT-X includes the JP603B frames and a pair of PIKE TRACKER cases in a single order, in black or silver.
