Description CFMOTO 800MT X Side Case Frames

The LOBOO JP603B side case racks for the CFMOTO 800 MT-X are designed for the MT-X subframe, which differs from that of the 800 MT.

Pay attention to the version: the 800 MT requires code JP601B, listed on a separate page. The two racks are not interchangeable despite the similarities between the two motorcycles.

Compatible cases (not included)

  • PIKE TRACKER aluminum — P35L+P30R, in black or silver
  • WANDERER semi-rigid — BCB4030TBK, 40+30 liters

Steel construction, mounting on the attachment points provided by the manufacturer. The choice of case type remains open even after installation.

  • Pay attention to the code: it's MT-X, not MT. The two CFMOTO models have different subframes. This is the JP603B, designed for the 800 MT-X.
  • Designed for the model, not adapted: mounted on the manufacturer's designated points, without drilling or brackets.
  • Volumes 35 and 30 litres: the right pannier fits around the exhaust pipe.
  • Aluminium or semi-rigid: rigid PIKE TRACKER, WANDERER 40+30, or ALPS bags on the same base.

  • Panniers are not included: the frames are the sole support structure.
  • Observe the maximum load per side frame indicated by CFMOTO in the motorcycle's manual.
  • Recheck the tightenings after the first 100-200 km and periodically with off-road use.
  • The load must not cover the license plate and tail lights or extend beyond the limits of the Highway Code.

The JP603B is designed for the subframe of the CFMOTO 800 MT-X. The 800 MT instead requires part number JP601B: the two frames are not interchangeable, despite the similarity between the two motorcycles.

Steel construction, mounted at the points provided by the manufacturer. Compatible with the aluminum PIKE TRACKER and the semi-rigid WANDERER cases.

These frames fit the PIKE TRACKER 35+30: 35 liters on the left, 30 on the right. It’s not a cost-cutting compromise; it’s the exhaust outlet. The right case has a recess that clears it, visible in the photo alongside.

The alternative would be to widen both sides to equalize the volumes, ending up with a motorcycle ten centimeters wider just to gain five liters. This way, the profile stays compact, and you can really feel the difference in tight passages or traffic.

The only thing to remember is the orientation: the bulkier luggage goes on the left. The same frames also support the WANDERER 40+30 semi-rigid cases and the ALPS bags.

The JP603B accepts both the P35L+P30R aluminum PIKE TRACKER cases and the 40+30-liter semi-rigid WANDERER cases.

Buying the frame first keeps your options open: you can change the type of case over the years without rebuilding the structure.

Maximum load and tightening torques

CFMOTO specifies a maximum load for each side rack: this includes the case and everything you put inside it. This is the limit that really matters, more than the capacity in liters.

After the first 100–200 km, check the fasteners again: the structure settles, and with off-road use, vibrations put more stress on the mounts than kilometers ridden on asphalt.

Do they also fit the standard 800 MT?

No. These JP603B frames are designed for the CFMOTO 800 MT-X. The 800 MT requires the JP601B frames, available on a separate page: the two motorcycles have different frames, and the part numbers are not interchangeable.

Which panniers can I mount on these frames?

Aluminum PIKE TRACKER P35L+P30R, in black or silver, or the semi-rigid 40+30-liter WANDERER BCB4030TBK. The cases are not included with the frames.

Is the product covered by a warranty?

Yes: all LOBOO products sold on Endurrad are covered by the 24-month statutory consumer warranty. In the event of a lack of conformity, we will handle the claim with the manufacturer.
