Description CFMOTO 800 MT Side Case Frames

The LOBOO JP601B side case racks for the CFMOTO 800 MT are the foundation of the luggage system: steel construction, mounted on the manufacturer-provided mounting points.

Pay attention to the version: these racks are for the 800 MT. The 800 MT-X has a different subframe and requires part number JP603B, listed on a separate page. This is the most likely ordering mistake for this motorcycle because the two models look very similar.

Compatible cases (not included)

  • PIKE TRACKER aluminum cases — P35L+P30R, in black or silver
  • WANDERER semi-rigid cases — BCB4030TBK, with a capacity of 40+30 liters

The choice of case type remains open even after the racks have been installed.

Why choose it
  • Pay attention to the code: it's the MT, not the MT-X. The two CFMOTO models have different subframes and non-interchangeable frames. This is the JP601B, for the 800 MT including Sport, Touring and Explore versions.
  • Dedicated spare parts for a new motorcycle: for the 800 MT, the alternatives designed for this model are still few.
  • Volumes 35 and 30 liters: the right one is recessed to accommodate the exhaust, keeping the overall width narrow.
  • Aluminum or semi-rigid: rigid PIKE TRACKER, WANDERER 40+30 or ALPS bags, without changing the frames.

Check before ordering:These frames are for the CFMOTO 800 MT. If you have the 800 MT-X, you need JP603B frames, on a separate page. This is the most common ordering mistake for this bike.

  • The load must not cover the license plate and rear lights, nor protrude beyond the limits of the Highway Code.

The JP601B is designed for the CFMOTO 800 MT. The 800 MT-X has a different subframe and requires the JP603B code: this is the most likely ordering mistake for this motorcycle, because the two models look very similar.

These frames fit the PIKE TRACKER 35+30: 35 liters on the left, 30 on the right. It’s not a cost-cutting compromise; it’s the exhaust outlet. The right case has a recess that clears it, visible in the photo alongside.

The alternative would be to widen both sides to equalize the volumes, ending up with a motorcycle ten centimeters wider just to gain five liters. This way, the profile stays compact, and you can really feel the difference in tight passages or traffic.

The only thing to remember is the orientation: the bulkier luggage goes on the left. The same frames also support the WANDERER 40+30 semi-rigid cases and the ALPS bags.

Buying the frame first keeps your options open: you can change the type of case over the years without rebuilding the structure.

CFMOTO specifies a maximum load for each side case: this includes the case and everything you put inside it.

It’s the limit that really matters, more than the capacity in liters.

After the first 100–200 km, the structure settles: checking the fasteners is the most useful maintenance you can perform.

With off-road use, repeat it periodically: vibrations affect the fasteners more than kilometres on asphalt.

Which panniers can I mount on these frames?

Do they also fit the 800 MT-X?

No. These JP601B frames are designed for the CFMOTO 800 MT. The 800 MT-X requires the JP603B frames, available on a separate page: the two motorcycles have different subframes, and the codes are not interchangeable.

Is the product covered by a warranty?
