The BHG-104 is the mounting structure that Barkbusters designs for the handlebar of the Royal Enfield Scram 411 from 2022. A pair of heat-treated aluminum bars, 22 mm multi-fit clamps, hardware, and handlebar weights: the handguard remains secured at two points, at the handlebar end and on the straight section.
Structure and plastics are two separate items
This is the point that causes the most returns for this brand: the protective plastics are not included in this package. The structure is specific to the motorcycle, while the plastics are chosen separately and remain interchangeable on the same base, even later and in another color.
- JET-003 — compact profile, enduro and mixed use.
- VPS-203 — two-position adjustable deflector, adventure and touring.
- STM-003 — extended coverage, road use and winter riding.
- BCF-003 — carbon fiber.
EGO plastics have a dedicated structure and cannot be mounted on this base.
Impact protection
Barkbusters distinguishes between two configurations and never combines them: the dual-point mounting is intended for impact protection, while the single-point mounting is only for wind and weather protection. This kit uses two mounting points, with a wraparound heat-treated aluminum bar.

Installation
The official INS-BHG-104-NP instructions are attached to this product page and included in the package. Remove the original handguards and bar-end weights, position the clamp on the handlebar without tightening it, secure the bar at the end and to the connector, level it horizontally, and tighten it in the specified sequence.
Specified torque: 10 Nm for the M6 bolts and 28 Nm for the M8 bolts, using medium-strength threadlocker and checking again after the first 50 km. A gap of approximately 3 mm is required between the end of the throttle grip and the handguard so that the throttle can return to the closed position freely.

I installed the JADO S6 on my BMW GS (non-"dedicated" version), and although I don't use the BMW base, the display and features are still top notch. The night visibility is impressive, and the "X-Ray" mode, as they call it, makes evening riding much safer. I also appreciate Endurrad's quick support for pre-purchase clarifications: fast shipping, careful packaging. A product that is really worth the expense for a premium upgrade.
As a motorcyclist who travels many miles, both on asphalt and off-road, I was looking for a solid display with advanced features: well, the JADO S6 exceeded my expectations. The body is sturdy, and the IP69K waterproof rating won me over from the very first downpour. The WiFi/BT connection is stable, and the dedicated app makes downloading dashcam videos super fast. All in one device, without having to mount 3-4 different accessories. Excellent value for money.

The bag is of excellent quality and comes with all the necessary straps and a shoulder strap. The two methods of attaching it to the motorcycle are well designed and offer a range of options. I will also buy the larger model.
