The BHG-137-BK is the single-point Barkbusters kit for the Triumph Tiger Sport 800 from 2025 onward, with black aluminum bars. It is the structure onto which Barkbusters plastics are mounted to provide protection from wind, cold, and rain.
Warning: it is not impact protection. Barkbusters clearly distinguishes between the two mounting configurations. The single-point configuration, anchored only at the end of the handlebar, is specified by the manufacturer exclusively for wind and weather protection. For the Tiger Sport 800, Barkbusters does not list a two-point kit.

- Black aluminum bars, one right and one left.
- Single-point mounting, with one bolt per side at the end of the handlebar.
- Accepts the JET-003, VPS-003, STM-003, and BCF-003 plastics, sold separately.
- Quick installation, with no clamps on the bar and no drilling.

Protection and use
With the plastics installed, the BHG-137 protects your hands from air, cold, and rain during transfers and in the colder season: it is a touring and everyday-use solution. It is not designed to withstand a fall: anyone looking for lever protection in the event of an impact should know this before purchasing.
Materials and construction
Aluminum bars (manufacturer code BAR-BV023) in the black BK version. The manufacturer does not state the kit's weight, so we do not report it.

Barkbusters states this compatibility for motorcycles in original factory configuration. It should not be confused with earlier Tiger 800 models, which use a different code. On aftermarket handlebars, the thread at the bar end may differ: verify the mounting before purchasing.
Installation
Remove the original handguards, if fitted, and the stock bar-end weights. Insert the bolt through the bar and the bar-end insert, then screw it into the end of the handlebar, with the bar preferably horizontal when viewed from the side. Stated torque: 10 Nm. The bolt has threadlocker already applied; the manufacturer recommends checking the torque after the first 50 km and leaving approximately 3 mm of clearance between the throttle grip and the handguard.

What is NOT included
- Protection plastics. Without the plastics, the kit does not provide wind protection: choose from the options specified by the manufacturer.

- VPS-003: adjustable deflector with two positions, for touring. It is being phased out, and the price list indicates the VPS-203 as its replacement.
- STM-003, STORM series: more extensive coverage for the colder months.
- JET-003: compact profile.
- BCF-003, CARBON series: made of carbon fiber.

I installed the JADO S6 on my BMW GS (non-"dedicated" version), and although I don't use the BMW base, the display and features are still top notch. The night visibility is impressive, and the "X-Ray" mode, as they call it, makes evening riding much safer. As a motorcyclist who travels many miles, both on asphalt and off-road, I was looking for a solid display with advanced features: well, the JADO S6 exceeded my expectations. The body is sturdy, and the IP69K waterproof rating won me over from the very first downpour. The WiFi/BT connection is stable, and the dedicated app makes downloading dashcam videos super fast. All in one device, without having to mount 3-4 different accessories. Excellent value for money.

The bag is of excellent quality and comes with all the necessary straps and a shoulder strap. The two methods of attaching it to the motorcycle are well designed and offer a range of options. I will also buy the larger model.
I saw the Endurrad ad on Facebook and immediately set about getting Loboo inflatable bags for my motorcycle...... But due to a technical error, I entered the wrong information on the order, which had already been shipped.
