Everything you need to know before ordering

The BHG-145-BK is the single-mount Barkbusters kit for the CFMoto 675NK from 2025 onward, with black aluminum bars. It is the structure onto which Barkbusters plastics are mounted to provide protection from wind, cold, and rain.
Warning: this is not impact protection. Barkbusters clearly distinguishes between the two mounting configurations. The single-mount configuration, anchored only at the end of the handlebar, is indicated by the manufacturer exclusively for wind and weather protection. For the 675NK, Barkbusters does not list a two-point kit.
Main features
- Black aluminum bars, one right and one left.
- Single-mount attachment to a threaded insert screwed into the end of the handlebar.
- Compatible with the JET-003, VPS-003, STM-003, and BCF-003 plastics, sold separately.
- Bolts with threadlocker already applied; no clamp on the bar.
Protection and use
With the plastics installed, the BHG-145 protects the hands from air, cold, and rain on the 675NK, during journeys and in cold weather. It is not designed to withstand a crash: anyone seeking lever protection in the event of an impact should know this before purchasing.
Materials and construction
Aluminum bars (manufacturer code BAR-BV023) in the black BK version, with BESF2 threaded inserts. The manufacturer does not state the kit's weight, so we do not list it.

Barkbusters states this compatibility for motorcycles in original factory configuration. Aftermarket handlebars have a different end: the mounting must be checked before purchase.
Installation
Remove the original handguards, if fitted, and the standard bar-end weights. Screw the threaded insert into the end of the handlebar (specified torque: 21 Nm), then insert the M8 bolt through the bar, end piece, and washers and tighten it into the insert, with the bar preferably horizontal when viewed from the side. The bolt already has threadlocker applied.
M8 bolt torque: the manufacturer's instructions do not match: the text specifies 20 Nm, while the torque table specifies 28 Nm. Follow the sheet included in the package and, if in doubt, contact us. Leave approximately 3 mm of clearance between the throttle grip and handguard; recheck the tightening after the first 50 km.

What is NOT included
- Protective plastics. Without the plastics, the kit offers no wind protection: choose from the options listed by the manufacturer.
- Tools.

- VPS-003: adjustable deflector with two positions. It is being discontinued, and the price list indicates the VPS-203 as its replacement.
- STM-003, STORM series: more extensive coverage for the colder months.
- JET-003: compact profile.
- BCF-003, CARBON series: made of carbon fiber.

I installed the JADO S6 on my BMW GS (non-"dedicated" version), and although I don't use the BMW base, the display and features are still top notch. The night visibility is impressive, and the "X-Ray" mode, as they call it, makes evening riding much safer. The body is sturdy, and the IP69K waterproof rating won me over from the very first downpour. The WiFi/BT connection is stable, and the dedicated app makes downloading dashcam videos super fast. The bag is of excellent quality and comes with all the necessary straps and a shoulder strap. The two methods of attaching it to the motorcycle are well designed and offer a range of options. I will also buy the larger model.
I saw the Endurrad ad on Facebook and immediately set about getting Loboo inflatable bags for my motorcycle...... But due to a technical error, I entered the wrong information on the order, which had already been shipped.
