Riflettore sovradimensionato: la massima portata da un LED da 10 W

Everything you need to know before ordering

Technical specifications, equipment, delivery, and warranty: below you’ll find every detail verified against the official DENALI documentation.

Description Long-range motorcycle LED spotlight, 305 m, two lenses included, DR1

Code DNLDR1050 — DENALI code DNL.DR1.050

The DENALI range spotlight with the longest range relative to power consumption: a 305-metre spot beam from a single 10 W, 0.8 A Cree LED per spotlight. This is thanks to the oversized reflector, which concentrates the entire output into a narrow beam instead of dispersing it.

With the same LED and power draw as the D2, the DR1 nearly doubles the distance. The package includes two lenses: the clear spot lens fitted as standard for maximum range, and the E-Mark-approved True-Hybrid lens, which sits between spot and flood and illuminates the road edges.

94 mm aluminium housing, IP67 waterproof, polycarbonate bezel that does not oxidize, and DataDim dimming compatible with all DENALI controllers.

Sold individually. DENALI's stated range figures are measured with a pair of spotlights installed.

Why choose it

  • Lente spot montata e lente True-Hybrid omologata E-Mark comprese.
  • Corpo in alluminio da 94 mm, stagno IP67.
  • Dimmerazione DataDim con tutti i controller DENALI.
Who is it recommended for

How does it work, in detail?

  • An oversized reflector that concentrates all the light output into a narrow, extremely long beam.

305 meters from a single 10-watt LED

The secret is the oversized reflector, not the power. With the same LED and power consumption as the D2, the DR1 nearly doubles the range: no other spotlight with a 10 W LED reaches these figures. It is designed for those who drive at night and want to see as far as possible.

Mounted spotlight, True-Hybrid included

Mounted spotlight, True-Hybrid included

Each spotlight comes with two lenses: the spot lens, fitted as standard, which provides the maximum range, and the E-Mark-approved True-Hybrid lens, which falls between spot and flood and fills in the road edges. They can be changed without removing the spotlight from the motorcycle.

DENALI construction, small spotlight power consumption

DENALI construction, small spotlight power consumption

DrySeal IP67 waterproof housing, Impact PC polycarbonate bezel, and LiveActive thermal management. It draws 0.8 A per light, 1.6 A for the pair: on a motorcycle already loaded with accessories, it places minimal demand on the electrical system.

FAQs

For more information, see our FAQ of frequently asked questions.

How does it reach so far with 1,095 lumens?

Because range depends on how the light is focused, not on how much light you produce. The DR1 uses an oversized reflector that gathers all the LED’s output into a narrow beam: the same LED and power consumption as the D2, but nearly twice the distance.

Which is better, the DR1 or the D2?

They have the same LED and power consumption, but different purposes. The DR1 is 94 mm in size and focused: it is designed for seeing far ahead. The D2 is 56 mm in size and can be mounted anywhere: it is intended for places where space is limited and for daytime visibility. If there is room on the motorcycle, the DR1 performs much better over distance.

Which lenses are included?

Two: the transparent spot lens already installed and the E-Mark-approved True-Hybrid lens included in the package. Amber and selective yellow lenses are purchased separately.

Can I assemble just one?

Yes, this product is sold individually. However, for road use, auxiliary headlights must be mounted in even numbers and symmetrically with respect to the motorcycle’s centerline: check what is required by the road traffic regulations of the country where you ride.
