Description LOBOO CHG441 Crash Bar for Aprilia Tuareg 660 | 304 stainless steel, Ø 25 mm, black or silver
The CHG441 is LOBOO’s crash bar for the Aprilia Tuareg 660 from 2022 onward, made of 304 stainless steel with a Ø 25 mm tube and 2 mm wall thickness. It works around the motorcycle’s perimeter: in a stationary fall or a low-speed slide, it keeps the bike elevated so that the fairings and side components do not absorb the impact.
This is the typical situation for anyone using the Tuareg for what it was designed to do. On dirt, soft ground, or during a stationary maneuver with the bike loaded, contact with the ground almost always occurs at very low speed, and the damage is concentrated in the same areas.
It is available in two finishes that differ only in appearance: silver, sandblasted and electropolished, with the steel exposed, or black with an electrostatic powder coating. The codes are CHG441SL for silver and CHG441BK for black. The 304 stainless steel is the same material beneath and above the surface, so a chip caused by a stone does not trigger rust as it would on a painted tube.
LOBOO states that it developed the part using a 3D scan of the motorcycle’s original data: it attaches to the mounting points already present on the frame, with no cutting, drilling, or welding, and is therefore completely reversible.
A crash bar reduces damage from a fall; it does not eliminate it. LOBOO does not publish load tests for this code, so we do not claim any impact-resistance thresholds. It also does not state the weight or package contents; we can verify these in stock upon request. Endurrad is a retailer, not the manufacturer.

Artificial Intelligence comes to motorcycles: real revolution or mere marketing?
"AI-enhanced", "smart", "neural": the lexicon of artificial intelligence is now everywhere in motorcycle marketing. But how much AI is really on today's motorcycles? Between Bosch radar, machine learning, patents, and shipwrecked promises, an investigation that separates real technology from slogans — with a reliability index for each claim.
