Barkbusters motorcycle handguard mounting kit

The BHG and BLG kits are mounting structures designed for the handlebar geometry of a specific motorcycle. They contain only the aluminum structure and hardware: the protective plastics are not included and must be selected separately.

Make, model, and year are required

All three details, not two. The same model often requires a different kit from one year to the next because the handlebar changes: the Yamaha MT-09 uses the BHG-094 up to 2020, the BHG-126 from 2021 to 2023, and the BHG-132 from 2024 onward. If your model appears in the table but not your registration year, a different kit is the correct one.

Manufacturer's stated limitations

Barkbusters specifies compatibility for motorcycles in their original factory configuration. With aftermarket handlebars, diameters and wall thicknesses change, so the fit must be checked before purchase. Some applications have specific requirements — DCT or manual-transmission versions, models with or without heated grips — listed row by row in the table for each product page.
