Description Aluminum Side Panniers for CFMOTO 800MT-X with Racks | PIKE TRACKER 35+30 L

Complete kit for CFMOTO 800MT-X from 2024: the pair of JP603B side frames plus the two PIKE TRACKER aluminum cases of 35 and 30 liters, in the selected finish. One order, nothing to match up. LOBOO also lists the same frame for the CFMOTO 1000MT-X from 2026.

Why the two sides have different capacities

The right P30R case is shaped to clear the exhaust: it is deeper at the top (244 mm) than at the bottom (208 mm), which is why it holds 30 liters. The left P35L, without that constraint, holds 35 liters.

  • Left P35L: internal 451 × 227 × 381 mm, overall 498 × 268 × 408 mm, 6 kg

The pair weighs 11.6 kg empty, excluding the frames. These dimensions are based on manual measurements, so there is some tolerance.

The frames and installation

The JP603B frames are installed in three steps, without drilling, using M8 bolts tightened to 22 N·m and threadlocker already included in the package. The parts list and sequence are on the page for side frames for CFMOTO 800MT-X. The cases attach only to LOBOO frames.

What is not included

The top case and the JP601W rear rack are purchased separately. Each case has its own sensor light in the lid: the kit includes two, one for each side.

Before ordering

The kit is for the 800MT-X, not the 800MT: for that model, there is the side case kit for CFMOTO 800MT. If you already have the frames, you can purchase the cases only from the PIKE TRACKER series page. LOBOO does not specify a maximum load per case: the maximum load specified by CFMOTO for the motorcycle applies.

For the 800MT-X, LOBOO offers three sets: the top case with the luggage rack, the pair of side cases with the frames, or all three cases together.

This kit is the side set: JP603B frames plus P35L and P30R cases.

In the LOBOO table, the side case set is listed for the CFMOTO 800MT-X from 2024 and the 1000MT-X from 2026: left case plus right case, on P Series frames.

LOBOO aluminum cases can only be mounted on LOBOO frames and luggage racks, and the frames can be installed without damaging the motorcycle.

Which CFMOTO models is the kit compatible with?

On the CFMOTO 800MT-X from 2024 and the CFMOTO 1000MT-X from 2026: these are the two motorcycles that LOBOO lists in the JP603B frame manual.

Is the kit also compatible with the CFMOTO 800MT?

No. The JP603B frames in the kit are listed by LOBOO for the 800MT-X from 2024 and the 1000MT-X from 2026. For the 800MT, there is a dedicated kit with JP601B frames.

What’s in the kit?

The pair of JP603B side frames with hardware, caps, and threadlocker, and the PIKE TRACKER P35L and P30R cases, with locks and keys, in the selected finish. Top case and luggage rack are not included.

Why do the two suitcases have different capacities, 35 and 30 liters?

Because the exhaust runs along the right side. The P30R has a narrower lower section (208 mm compared with 244 mm at the top) to clear it, which is why it holds 30 liters compared with the P35L’s 35.

How much do the suitcases weigh?

6 kg for the P35L and 5.6 kg for the P30R, so 11.6 kg for the pair without accessories. The weight of the frames is not specified by the manufacturer.

How bulky are the mounted panniers?

The P35L measures 498 × 268 × 408 mm overall, while the P30R measures 498 × 244 × 408 mm at the upper section. LOBOO does not state the total width of the equipped motorcycle.

How much weight can I pack in each suitcase?

LOBOO does not specify a maximum load per case. The limit to observe is the motorcycle's maximum load indicated by CFMOTO, which includes the rider, passenger, and luggage.

Are the suitcases waterproof?

LOBOO states that they do not let water in even when riding in heavy rain, and the lock is designed to resist water and dust. The manufacturer does not publish an IP rating.

What happens if I lose my keys?

A number is printed on the spare key. By providing it, LOBOO can supply a replacement key: write it down as soon as you receive the suitcases.

What is the difference between black and silver?

Only the finish differs: polished silver or matte black. Dimensions, weights, and included accessories are the same.

How are the frames assembled?

In three steps, without drilling: left frame, right frame, rear crossbar. All screws are M8 and must be tightened to 22 N·m, using the included threadlocker. The manual is included in the package.

Can I add the top case later?

Yes. The JP601W rear luggage rack and a PIKE TRACKER top case are required. Together with this kit, they form the three-case system.

Is the sensor light included?

Yes: each suitcase has its own sensor light in the lid, so you’ll find two in the kit. The PIKE TRACKER top case has its own as well.

Can I mount soft bags on the same frames?

Yes: the JP603B racks accept the 40- and 30-liter WANDERER BCB40T and BCB30T semi-rigid panniers, which LOBOO pairs with the PIKE TRACKER racks.
