Description CFMOTO 800MT X Side Cases

Complete kit for CFMOTO 800 MT-X: a pair of JP603B side racks with mounting hardware, plus two PIKE TRACKER aluminum cases measuring 35 and 30 liters, in your chosen finish. One order, nothing else to match.

Check the version before ordering: this kit is for the 800 MT-X. The 800 MT has a different rear subframe and requires the JP601B racks, available on a separate page. The two codes are not interchangeable.

Why the two sides have different capacities

The right case holds 30 liters instead of 35 because it is shaped around the exhaust: this is the version LOBOO calls exhaust avoidance, with a recessed lower wall. This keeps the motorcycle from becoming wider than necessary on the hot side. The left case, without that constraint, retains its full 35-liter capacity.

Capacity and weight limit

LOBOO specifies a maximum load of 10 kg per side case. The pair weighs 11.6 kg empty, excluding the racks: 6 kg for the left case and 5.6 kg for the right.

  • Right P30R — internal dimensions 451 x 227/167 x 381 mm, external dimensions 498 x 244/208 x 408 mm

The two measurements for the right case refer to the upper and lower sections, where it is recessed to clear the exhaust. These are dimensions provided by the manufacturer based on manual measurement, so some tolerance should be expected.

  • High-strength aluminum, with the lower corners protected by structural plastic bumpers
  • Key lock with a five-lever cylinder, removable and replaceable without changing the case
  • Scratch-resistant inner lining, fabric pocket in the left lid, and storage net on the right
  • Lid opening stop to prevent it from hitting the rack
  • 3M reflective inserts on the outer side
  • Finishes: polished silver or matte black

LOBOO states that the series is water- and dust-resistant, but does not publish an IP rating. We do not list one because it is not a manufacturer-certified specification.

What is not included

The top case and its rear plate are sold separately. The LR06 LED light with sensor is supplied by LOBOO only with the three-case set, so it is not included in this kit.

Alternatives for the same racks

The JP603B racks also accept the WANDERER semi-rigid cases with capacities of 40+30 liters, if you prefer a lighter solution. If you already have the racks, you can purchase only the cases from the PIKE TRACKER series page. However, LOBOO cases can only be mounted on LOBOO racks: they are not interchangeable with mounts from other brands.

Maintenance

Wash with a water jet held at least one meter away, using a neutral detergent, and dry immediately afterward. Avoid acidic or alkaline products. Make a note of the number stamped on the key: it is needed to have a duplicate made.

Assembly and Notes

  • The kit includes side racks and a pair of panniers: the top case is not included.

  • The load must not obstruct the license plate and taillights or extend beyond the limits set by the Highway Code.

Check your motorcycle’s version: this kit is for the 800 MT-X, not the 800 MT, which requires the JP601B frames.

The two CFMOTO models look very similar, but the subframes are different. This kit fits the JP603B and is for the 800 MT-X; the 800 MT requires the JP601B.

The part numbers are not interchangeable. This is the most likely ordering mistake for this motorcycle, and it can be avoided by checking the registration document.

On the right side of the 800 MT-X, the exhaust runs alongside it. The narrower pannier leaves the necessary space and prevents the motorcycle from becoming wider on that side.

The panniers are aluminum PIKE TRACKER cases, with keyed locks and waterproofing.

The JP603B frames are part of the order: you don’t need to look for them separately or risk getting the code for the 800 MT.

If you prefer semi-rigid panniers in the future, the same frames support the 40+30-liter WANDERER panniers: you change the cases, not the structure. Compatibility with the Wanderer panniers is something we verify, based on the 18 mm tube requirement that LOBOO specifies for those panniers.

Do they also fit the standard 800 MT?

No. These JP603B frames are designed for the CFMOTO 800 MT-X. The 800 MT requires the JP601B frames, available on a separate page: the two motorcycles have different frames, and the part numbers are not interchangeable.

Can I mount the panniers on the frames I already have?

No. The PIKE TRACKER units attach only to LOBOO frames: mounts from other brands do not have the same attachment points. The JP603B frames, in turn, mount to the points provided on the motorcycle, without drilling.

Do the two suitcases have the same key?

The locks have removable and replaceable cylinders. Make a note of the number stamped on the key: you’ll need it if you want a copy or need to replace a cylinder.

How much wider does the motorcycle get?

The external dimensions of each suitcase, including the mounted accessories, are 498 mm in length and 408 mm in height; the width is 268 mm on the left and 244 mm on the right at the top. The total width then depends on how far the frames extend from the motorcycle.

Do they keep water out in the rain?

LOBOO claims water and dust resistance, but does not publish an IP rating, and we will not invent one. For a long trip, the usual precaution is worthwhile: keep electronics and documents in a dry bag inside your suitcase.

How much weight can I load?

The stated limit is 10 kg per side case. Exceeding it, together with the vibrations from riding, puts stress on frames and mounts.

Does installation require drilling or modifications to the motorcycle?

No drilling. On frames in this series, the manual generally calls for removing some original components around the tail section before installation. These are reversible procedures, using the supplied hardware. Follow the instructions in the manual included in the package.

Should I also install the top case?

The dedicated rear plate for the 800 MT-X is required and is not included in this kit. Write to us and we will check availability and the correct part number.

Can I switch to semi-rigid ones later?

Yes. The same JP603B frames support the 40+30-liter semi-rigid WANDERER panniers, so the choice remains open even after installation. Wanderer compatibility is our own verification, based on the 18 mm tube required by those panniers.

Is the product covered by a warranty?

Yes: all LOBOO products sold on Endurrad are covered by the 24-month statutory consumer warranty. In the event of a lack of conformity, we will handle the claim with the manufacturer.

Can I return the product if it isn’t suitable?

Yes, you are entitled to return the item within 14 days of delivery under online purchase regulations. The product must be intact and in its original packaging: contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

How does shipping work?

Tracked shipping throughout Italy: the product is carefully inspected and prepared before leaving our warehouse. The mounting accessories included in the original package are included.
