The LOBOO CDZ602 GPS Navigation Bracket for CFMOTO 800 MT positions the navigator within view, reducing vibrations that make the display difficult to read on uneven surfaces and strain the eyes over long rides.

It is available in two versions, to be selected according to the mounting point:

  • 12 mm — mounting on the dedicated bar
  • 22 mm — direct mounting on the handlebar

Measure the diameter before ordering: choosing the wrong size is the most common mistake with this product.

LOBOO produces different brackets for the 800MT because the windshield mounting hole dimensions have changed. This one is for model years from 2023 onward.It cannot be installed on 2021–2022 models. This is the first thing to check.

The crossbar is mounted behind the windscreen, not on the handlebars: the navigator sits at eye level and is sheltered from the wind, while heated grips, controls, and other accessories retain their space. This is also why the display does not move with the steering.

The bracket is developed based on the vehicle’s original data: the brackets attach to the windscreen mounting points using the existing holes. No drilling, no structural modifications, and you can return to the stock configuration in ten minutes.

The variant does not concern the motorcycle but the clamp that you will attach to it. The two diameters cover most smartphone mounts, sat-navs, and dashcams on the market: check which one yours accepts, then choose.

The ends of the crossbar are not cylindrical but have a D-shaped cross-section. It’s a detail you appreciate after the first time off-road: once tightened, the mount cannot rotate around the axle, so the display stays at the angle you left it.

The silver crossbar is treated with a matte anodized finish, while the black one has a matte powder coating. Both are intentionally matte: on a surface in front of your eyes, sunlight reflection is a flaw, not a virtue.

Width 150 mm between the brackets, overall height 289 mm. The kit weighs 214 g in the 12 mm version and 313 g in the 22 mm version, made of aluminum alloy. The 150 mm is the usable space for your mount.

Will it fit my 2022 CFMOTO 800MT?

No. The manufacturer produces two separate brackets because the windscreen mounting hole dimensions have changed: this one is specified for the 800MT from 2023 onward. For the 2021 and 2022 model years, you need the other part number, which we do not currently have in our catalog. Contact us and we will check availability.

I need to choose between 12 mm and 22 mm: how do I know which one I need?

It is the diameter of the crossbar onto which your mount’s clamp will tighten, so check the mount, not the motorcycle. You’ll find the accepted diameter on the packaging or in the instructions for the phone or GPS mount: many are designed for 12 mm, while others are made for handlebars and therefore for 22 mm.

Is the smartphone holder included?

No. The package contains the two brackets, the crossbar, all the hardware, and the assembly wrench. The smartphone or GPS holder must be purchased separately: they appear in the photos only to show how the crossbar is used.

Do I need to drill or modify the windshield?

No. The brackets attach to the mounting points already present on the windscreen, reusing the original mounting locations. Installation is reversible: removing the bracket returns the motorcycle to exactly how it was before.

How tight should the screws be?

12 N·m on the four M6×16 screws securing the brackets and 5 N·m on the two M5×16 screws of the crossbar. The manual specifies that they should not be fully tightened immediately: first complete the adjustments, then tighten them in sequence to the indicated values, and recheck periodically.

How much space do I have to install the navigation system?

The crossbar is 150 mm long between the two brackets: this is the usable space for positioning the clamp. It is enough for a single mount or, if they are compact, for a sat-nav and a smartphone holder side by side.

Does the mount rotate or shift due to vibrations?

The ends of the crossbar have a D-shaped rather than cylindrical cross-section: once tightened, the clamp cannot rotate around the axis. This is the detail that keeps the display at the selected angle even after traveling over a bumpy section.

How much does it weigh?

214 g in the version with the 12 mm bar and 313 g in the 22 mm version, including hardware. The entire difference is in the bar, which has more material in the thicker version.

What material is it made of?

CNC-machined aluminum alloy. The silver version has a matte anodized finish, while the black version has a matte powder-coated finish: neither reflects light into your eyes.

Does it interfere with the adjustable windshield or the steering?

The mount is fixed to the fairing and stays within the motorcycle’s overall dimensions, so it does not turn with the handlebars or obstruct steering rotation. If you install a particularly bulky device, check the clearance with the windshield in its lowest position.

Should I choose the 12 mm version or the 22 mm one?

It depends on where you want to attach the mount. The 12 mm version attaches to the dedicated bar, while the 22 mm version mounts directly on the handlebar. Measure the diameter of the place where you want to install it before ordering: choosing the wrong size is the most common mistake with this product.

Does the navigation device vibrate while driving on unpaved roads?

The structure is designed to reduce the shaking that makes the display difficult to read on uneven terrain. You can also adjust the tilt to eliminate glare and adapt the angle to your driving position.
