Technical specifications, equipment, delivery, and warranty: find every detail, verified against official LOBOO documentation, below.

Description BMW R 1300 GS ADVENTURE side case frames

Pair of LOBOO JP151B side frames for the BMW R 1300 GS Adventure from 2024 onward, including crossbar, plates, brackets, and mounting hardware. Panniers are not included.

Which panniers they support

The manual lists the PIKE TRACKER and CONQUEROR series; they also support the WANDERER semi-rigid panniers, which require an 18 mm tube.

  • PIKE TRACKER hard panniers — P37L + P37R or P45L + P45R
  • CONQUEROR — C45L + C45R
  • WANDERER semi-rigid panniers — 40 L + 40 L

How they are installed

No drilling is required. However, the manual calls for removing some original components around the tail section, including the seat and luggage rack, with one part to be refitted once the work is complete: these are reversible operations, using the supplied hardware and tool.

The package contains 17 components. LOBOO recommends not fully tightening the fasteners during assembly, but first completing all adjustments and only then tightening them in sequence to 18 N·m on all M8 bolts: this is a value specific to this part number, different from the 20 N·m specified for the other frames in the range. The manual is available in eight languages, including Italian, and can be downloaded from this page.

The restriction to know before ordering

The mounting system is proprietary: LOBOO panniers fit only LOBOO frames, and these frames support only LOBOO panniers. The CPQ131 deflector is also required on the R 1300 GS Adventure with the short exhaust; it is sold separately.

Material

The JP151B manual does not state the material. We prefer to say so rather than make an assumption: if you need the confirmed specification, contact us and we will verify it with the distributor.

The standard R 1300 GS requires the JP131B frames, listed on a separate page: the geometry is not interchangeable.

Why choose it
  • CONQUEROR Compatibility:These are the only frames in the R 1300 range that also accept CONQUEROR C45L and C45R panniers.
  • Adventure Geometry:Sized to the subframe of the R 1300 GS Adventure, which is different from that of the standard GS.
  • Symmetrical Load:P37 plus P37 or P45 plus P45 configurations, with weight balanced on both sides.
  • Plug-and-play Mounting:OEM points, no drilling or modifications required.
Who is it recommended for

These frames are needed if you have an R 1300 GS Adventure and:

  • You want to install CONQUEROR panniers, which absolutely require these frames
  • You already own PIKE TRACKER or WANDERER panniers and are missing the base
  • You want to be able to switch between hard and semi-rigid panniers without changing frames

If you have the standard R 1300 GS, you need the JP131B frames, on a separate page: the geometry is not interchangeable.

Documents and manufacturer

Assembly and Notes

  • Plug-and-play installation on OEM points, no drilling or permanent modifications.
  • Respect the maximum load per side frame indicated by BMW in the motorcycle's manual.
  • Recheck the tightening after the first 100-200 km and periodically throughout the season.
  • Panniers are not included: the frames are the sole support structure.

How does it work, in detail?

The only frames also compatible with the CONQUEROR frames

The only frames also compatible with the CONQUEROR frames

In addition to the geometry designed for the subframe of the R 1300 GS Adventure, the JP151B add compatibility with the CONQUEROR C45L and C45R panniers, which the standard GS frames do not support. They also remain compatible with PIKE TRACKER and WANDERER.

Steel, rigid structure, plug-and-play installation on OEM mounting points.

Equal-sized compartments on both sides: 37+37 or 45+45

Equal-sized compartments on both sides: 37+37 or 45+45

Most adventure bikes require asymmetrical panniers because the exhaust silencer takes up space on the right side. Not here: the exhaust geometry allows two identical panniers, 37+37 or 45+45, for up to 90 liters.

You notice the advantage when loading. With equal volumes, you can distribute the weight without thinking about it, and the bike remains neutral even fully loaded. With asymmetrical panniers, you always have to remember which side the heavier luggage goes on.

Matt black or polished silver, with the panniers sold separately.

The only R 1300 frame that opens up to CONQUEROR

The only R 1300 frame that opens up to CONQUEROR

The JP151B also accommodate the CONQUEROR C45L and C45R panniers, LOBOO’s top-of-the-range line. They are the only ones in the R 1300 range that do.

This means you leave the door open to a future upgrade without rebuilding the structure: change the panniers, not the frames.

JP151B, not JP131B: the check to be performed

JP151B, not JP131B: the check to be performed

These frames are sized for the Adventure's rear subframe. The standard R 1300 GS requires the JP131B.

The two codes are not interchangeable: this is the most common ordering mistake in the R 1300 range, and it can be avoided by checking the registration document.

Installation at the designated BMW mounting points

Installation at the designated BMW mounting points

Steel construction, mounting on the points already provided by the manufacturer: no adapter brackets, no drilling.

Removing the frames returns the motorcycle to its original configuration, which matters if you plan to resell it.

The JP151B accommodates the PIKE TRACKER in a symmetrical 37+37 or 45+45 configuration, the 40+40-liter WANDERER semi-rigid panniers, and the CONQUEROR.

It is the frame offering the widest range of choices in the entire LOBOO range.

Maximum load and tightening torques

Maximum load and tightening torques

BMW specifies a maximum load for the side frame that includes the case and its contents: this is the limit that really matters, more than capacity in liters.

After the first 100–200 km, check the fasteners again: on an Adventure bike used off-road, vibrations put more stress on the mounting points than kilometers ridden on asphalt.

FAQs

For more information, please see our FAQ.

I have the R 1300 GS with the short exhaust: do I need anything else?

Yes. LOBOO’s documentation indicates that on the R 1300 GS and GS Adventure with the short exhaust, installing the pannier racks also requires the CPQ131 exhaust deflector, available on a separate page for €28.50. Without it, the installation will not be correct. If you’re unsure which exhaust version you have, contact us and we’ll verify it together before you place the order.

What changes compared with the frames for the standard R 1300 GS?

In addition to the geometry designed for the GS Adventure subframe, the JP151B frames add compatibility with CONQUEROR cases in the C45L plus C45R configuration, which the JP131B frames do not provide.

Which side cases can I mount?

The PIKE TRACKER in the P37L plus P37R or P45L plus P45R configurations, the CONQUEROR C45L plus C45R, and the WANDERER 40 L plus 40 L semi-rigid panniers. The panniers are not included with the frames and must be purchased separately.

Is the product covered by a warranty?

Yes: all LOBOO products sold on Endurrad are covered by the 24-month statutory consumer warranty. In the event of a lack of conformity, we will handle the claim with the manufacturer.

Can I return the product if it isn’t suitable?

Yes, you are entitled to return the item within 14 days of delivery under online purchase regulations. The product must be intact and in its original packaging: contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

How does shipping work?

Tracked shipping throughout Italy: the product is carefully inspected and prepared before leaving our warehouse. The mounting accessories included in the original package are included.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes: at checkout, installment payment services are available directly among the payment methods, with no additional paperwork.

Is it an original LOBOO product?

Yes: we sell exclusively original LOBOO products, new and in the packaging provided by the manufacturer, with official documentation.
