Side Case Frames for BMW R 1300 GS Adventure from 2024 | also compatible with CONQUEROR cases

The PIKE TRACKER in the P37L plus P37R or P45L plus P45R configurations, the CONQUEROR C45L plus C45R, and the WANDERER 40 L plus 40 L semi-rigid panniers. The panniers are not included with the frames and must be purchased separately.

No: this page sells the pair of frames, which is the part dedicated to the motorcycle. The cases are selected separately, which is why the frame only needs to be installed once: you can change the type of case in the future without redoing the work.

In addition to the geometry designed for the GS Adventure subframe, the JP151B frames add compatibility with CONQUEROR cases in the C45L plus C45R configuration, which the JP131B frames do not provide.

Yes. LOBOO’s documentation indicates that on the R 1300 GS and GS Adventure with the short exhaust, installing the pannier racks also requires the CPQ131 exhaust deflector, available on a separate page for €28.50. Without it, the installation will not be correct. If you’re unsure which exhaust version you have, contact us and we’ll verify it together before you place the order.

The frame arrives in two halves, left and right, joined by a rear crossmember. The bill of materials lists seventeen items: in addition to the two halves and the crossmember, there are two reinforcement brackets, the support plates, four spacers of two types, the fasteners, eight washers, and the service tool.

The manual does not indicate any drilling: the frame is secured to the anchoring points already present on the motorcycle, after removing the original components specified in the assembly steps. The modification is reversible.

The manual for this code specifies a single value: 18 N·m, for all three screw lengths listed in the parts list (M8×20, M8×25, and M8×40).

It is different from the 20 N·m specified for the standard GS frames: it is worth checking the manual instead of relying on memory. A torque wrench is required and is not included.

Yes: screws in the three specified lengths, washers, spacers, and the service tool are all included in the package, as listed in the manual.

The only tool you need is a torque wrench, required to meet the specified 18 N·m torque.

The reference to use is the side-case limit indicated by BMW in the owner's manual for the R 1300 GS Adventure, which also takes into account the motorcycle's total permitted load.

The manual also refers, via a separate QR code, to the Three Case Rack: this is the support that adds the mounting point for the rear top case to the two side cases. It is a different item from this one, with its own code and manual.
