Telai JP921B e coppia di valigie in alluminio 37+37 L per Tiger 1200 GT Pro

All you need to know before ordering

Technical specifications, equipment, delivery, and warranty: find every detail, verified against official LOBOO documentation, below.

Description Triumph Tiger 1200 GT PRO side cases

Complete kit for Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Pro from 2023 onward: the pair of JP921B side frames with mounting hardware, plus two 37-litre-per-side PIKE TRACKER aluminum panniers, in the finish of your choice. One order, nothing else to match.

Why the panniers can be the same size here

On most adventure bikes, the exhaust takes up space on the right side and requires a narrower pannier, typically 35+30 or 45+38. The geometry of the Tiger 1200 GT Pro has no such limitation: the two panniers have equal capacity, keeping the load balanced on both sides, which does not happen with an asymmetrical configuration.

How much they hold and how much they can weigh

Thirty-seven litres per side, 74 litres in total: enough for trips lasting several days while keeping the bike relatively narrow, something you notice between cars and in cramped garages. LOBOO specifies a maximum load of 10 kg per side pannier: volume is not the only limit to keep in mind when loading.

Construction

  • High-strength aluminum, with the lower corners protected by structural plastic bumpers
  • Key lock with a five-pin cylinder, removable and replaceable without changing the pannier
  • Scratch-resistant inner lining and 3M reflective inserts on the outer side
  • Finishes: polished silver or matte black, with the same construction

LOBOO states that the series is water- and dust-resistant, but does not publish an IP rating: we do not list one because it is not data certified by the manufacturer.

What is not included

The top case and its rear mounting plate are sold separately. The LR06 LED light with sensor is supplied by LOBOO only with the three-pannier set, so it is not included in this kit.

Alternatives for the same frames

The JP921B frames also support the 40+40-litre WANDERER soft panniers, if you prefer a lighter solution: we have verified this compatibility ourselves, based on the 18 mm tube requirement that LOBOO specifies for those panniers. If you already have the frames, you can purchase only the panniers from the PIKE TRACKER series page. LOBOO panniers can only be mounted on LOBOO frames, however: they are not interchangeable with supports from other brands.

Maintenance

Wash with a water jet held at least one metre away, use neutral detergent, and dry immediately afterward. Avoid acidic or alkaline products. Make a note of the number stamped on the key: it is needed to make a copy.

Why choose it
  • Complete system:JP921B frames and a pair of cases in a single order.
  • Symmetrical configuration:two cases of equal capacity, which not all adventures allow.
  • Up to 90 liters:in the 45+45 version, for long trips or two-up riding.
  • High-strength aluminum:waterproof, with key locks, in black or silver.
Who is it recommended for

How to choose the configuration:

  • 37+37: Keeps the bike narrower, sufficient for trips of a few days.
  • 45+45: 90 liters total for long trips or two-up riding, but widens the bike.

If you already have the JP921B frames, you can purchase the panniers only from the PIKE TRACKER page. If you prefer semi-rigid panniers, the same frames accept the 40+40 liter WANDERER BCB4040TBK.

Documents and manufacturer

Assembly and Notes

  • The kit includes side racks and a pair of panniers: the top case is not included.
  • Respect the maximum load per side rack indicated by Triumph: with the 45+45 setup, the limit is reached more easily.
  • Recheck the fastenings after the first 100-200 km.
  • The load must not cover the license plate and rear lights or protrude beyond the limits of the Highway Code.

How does it work, in detail?

Seventy-four liters, symmetrical

Seventy-four liters, symmetrical

JP921B racks plus the pair of 37-liter-per-side PIKE TRACKER panniers: two panniers of equal capacity, for a total of 74 liters.

High-strength aluminum, with key locks. Available in matte black or glossy silver.

Why can the suitcases be the same here?

On most adventure bikes, the exhaust takes up space on the right side and requires a narrower pannier. The geometry of the Tiger 1200 GT Pro does not have this limitation: the two panniers have equal capacity.

The load remains balanced on both sides, which does not happen with an asymmetrical configuration.

How much fits in 74 liters

How much fits in 74 liters

Thirty-seven liters per side are enough for multi-day trips while keeping the motorcycle relatively narrow: it moves more easily between cars, fits into tight garages, and is less noticeable on technical sections.

LOBOO specifies a maximum load of 10 kg per side case: volume is not the only limit to keep in mind when loading.

Aluminum, key locks, waterproofness

Aluminum, key locks, waterproofness

The PIKE TRACKER cases are made of high-strength aluminum alloy, with perimeter seals and keyed locks on each case.

It is the most popular series in the LOBOO range: the same case can be mounted on more than fifteen different motorcycles by changing only the frame.

The JP921B frames are included in the kit.

The JP921B frames are included in the kit.

You don’t need to search for them separately: the JP921B frames, designed for the Tiger 1200 GT Pro, are included in the order and mount onto the attachment points provided by the manufacturer.

If you want to change the type of luggage in the future, the same frames can stay in place: they also support the 40+40-liter WANDERER soft cases, a compatibility we verified ourselves based on the 18 mm tube requirement.

Black or silver, same construction

Black or silver, same construction

The two finishes make no technical difference: same aluminum, same locks, same weather resistance. The choice is purely aesthetic.

Silver recalls the raw aluminum of rally cases, while black blends seamlessly with the guards and frames without any color contrast.

FAQs

For more information, please see our FAQ.

What exactly does the kit include?

The pair of JP921B side frames designed for the Tiger 1200 GT Pro and two 37-liter-per-side PIKE TRACKER aluminum panniers, in the selected finish. Nothing else needs to be added to set off.

The top case and rear plate are separate items, as is the sensor light, which LOBOO supplies only with the three-pannier set.

Is it compatible with Rally Pro, GT Explorer, or Rally Explorer?

The cover of the frame manual mentions only the Tiger 1200 GT Pro from 2023 onward. The manufacturer does not name the other versions in the range.

The Rally versions have spoked wheels and different suspension, while the Explorers have a larger fuel tank: these differences may affect the rear mounting points. If yours is not a GT Pro, contact us before ordering.

Why are the two panniers identical here but not on other motorcycles?

Because on most adventure bikes, the exhaust silencer takes up space on the right side and requires a narrower case, typically 35+30. The geometry of the Tiger 1200 GT Pro does not have this constraint.

The practical result is that the load remains balanced on both sides, and you do not have to remember an installation direction: the two cases are interchangeable.

What are the dimensions and weight of the 37-liter suitcases?

The size chart provided to us by LOBOO lists the dimensions of the 35-, 30-, 36-, and 45-liter cases, but not the 37-liter ones. We therefore do not provide dimensions or weight: we would rather tell you that we do not have them than estimate them.

If you need them to assess the space they take up, write to us: we will ask the manufacturer and reply to you in writing.

Do the suitcases lock with a key?

Yes, with a five-pin cylinder lock that can be removed and replaced without changing the suitcase. The key is retractable and has a number stamped on it: write it down, because it allows you to request a duplicate if you lose both keys.

Is the kit a better deal, or should I buy the frame and cases separately?

The kit exists to simplify the purchase: on a single page, you’ll find the combination already verified for your motorcycle, without having to cross-reference the codes.

If you already have the cases, or prefer the 40+40-liter WANDERER soft cases, you can find the JP921B frame alone on a separate page at Endurrad.

Can I mount luggage from other brands on them, or these on other frames?

No, in either direction. LOBOO’s documentation is explicit: LOBOO aluminum cases can only be mounted on LOBOO racks and are not compatible with racks from other brands. The same document specifies that the racks are installed without permanent modifications to the motorcycle.

What torque should the frame screws be tightened to?

The manual specifies a single value: 20 N·m for all M8 frame screws, in the three supplied lengths. A torque wrench is required but not included; the service tool is included.

Should we drill the motorcycle?

No. The manual does not indicate any drilling: the frame is secured to the existing mounting points, and the modification is reversible. Four M8×70 screws pass through the subframe and must be inserted before tightening the rest.

The two supplied caps close the openings left free at the end of assembly. The original parts removed must be refitted according to Triumph's torque specifications.

What exactly does the kit include?

JP921B side frames plus the pair of PIKE TRACKER panniers in the selected symmetrical configuration. If you already have the frames installed, you can purchase just the panniers from the PIKE TRACKER series page.

Is the 37+37 or 45+45 configuration better?

The 37+37 keeps the motorcycle narrower and is sufficient for trips lasting a few days. The 45+45 offers a total of 90 liters and is the choice for long trips or traveling with a passenger, but it makes the motorcycle wider: choose it based on the passages you typically navigate.

Is the product covered by a warranty?

Yes: the 24-month statutory warranty of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code applies. In the event of a defect, we will handle the claim with the manufacturer.
