Description LOBOO CJC591 Kickstand Plate for CFMOTO 450MT from 2024 | CNC Aluminum and 304 Stainless Steel, 108 g

The LOBOO CJC591 side-stand foot enlarger widens the foot of the CFMOTO 450MT from 2024 onward and distributes the motorcycle’s weight over a much larger area. The original foot does not need to be removed: it remains enclosed between the base and the stainless steel cover, secured by three M5×12 screws.

On the 450MT, the problem occurs exactly where the motorcycle is used. The stock foot puts all the load on just a few square centimetres: on compacted soil, gravel, wet grass, or asphalt softened by the sun, it sinks, and the motorcycle slowly lowers until it tips over. This is the use case LOBOO cites as the reason for the product.

How it is made

CNC-machined aluminium alloy base and 304 stainless steel cover in the area that clamps onto the original foot. Stated weight: 108 g. The anti-slip grooves are machined into the sides and bottom: they prevent lateral movement, because widening the support without adding grip would solve only half the problem.

What the manual states

  • Package contents: base, cover, 3 M5×12 screws, 3 mm Allen key, and threadlocker
  • Tightening torque: 5 N·m, the same value for all three screws
  • Do not fully tighten immediately: make the adjustments first, then tighten in sequence
  • Periodically check the fastening screws

The dimensions are not specified by the manufacturer, who also warns that the measurements are taken by hand and may have tolerances.

For other models, see all side-stand foot enlargers.

Why choose it
Who is it recommended for

Documents and manufacturer

It’s not the motorcycle’s weight that makes it sink

It’s not the motorcycle’s weight that makes it sink

Sinking depends on ground pressure, not total weight. The original stand of the 450MT transfers the entire load onto just a few square centimeters: on compacted soil, gravel, or wet grass, it can sink even under a lightweight mid-sized motorcycle.

The plate distributes the same load over a much larger area. It does not eliminate the risk: assessing the surface where you park remains your responsibility.

The original foot stays where it is

The original foot stays where it is

LOBOO states that the installation is non-destructive, designed around the vehicle’s original data: the factory foot does not need to be removed and is enclosed between the base and the cover, secured with three M5×12 screws.

No drilling, no welding. To return to the original setup, all you need are three screws — this matters if the motorcycle is under warranty or if you plan to resell it.

Aluminum underneath, 304 stainless steel where it clamps

Aluminum underneath, 304 stainless steel where it clamps

The base is made of CNC-machined aluminum alloy, while the cover is made of 304 stainless steel. This is not an aesthetic choice: the cover is the part that clamps onto the original footrest and bears the load every time you lean the motorcycle.

The stated weight is 108 g. CNC machining is mainly used to ensure the holes are precise: if they are not aligned to the millimeter, the plate will sit crooked.

Tread grooves that bite into the ground

Tread grooves that bite into the ground

The grooves are machined into the sides and bottom. They prevent lateral slipping: on a sloping surface, a smooth plate can slide, and widening the support without providing grip would solve only half the problem.

Five newton-meters, and the Allen key is in the box.

The manual specifies a single torque value for all three screws: 5 N·m. The package includes the 3 mm Allen key and threadlocker, so nothing else is needed.

The manufacturer asks you not to fully tighten them immediately: first adjust everything, then tighten them in sequence, and check them periodically.

Before and after, on clay courts

Before and after, on clay courts

The LOBOO mounting panel shows the same kickstand on the same ground: without the plate, the tip sinks into the ground; with the plate, it remains supported. This is typical of the 450MT, which sees plenty of off-road riding.

FAQs

For more information, please see our FAQ.

Does the original kickstand foot need to be removed?

No. The LOBOO manual describes a non-destructive installation: the stock foot remains in place, enclosed between the base and the stainless-steel cover and secured with three M5×12 screws. No drilling or permanent modification to the motorcycle is required.

What tools are needed, and what’s included in the package?

The manual lists five items: base, cover, three M5×12 screws, a 3 mm Allen key, and threadlocker. To comply with the specified torque, 5 N·m on all three screws, a torque wrench is required: it is a low value, and on M5 screws it is easily exceeded by hand.

Can I install it myself, or do I need a mechanic?

Installation is within reach of anyone with basic mechanical skills: three screws, no drilling, and no need to dismantle any part of the motorcycle. The only thing to bear in mind is to tighten to a torque of 5 N·m, so a torque wrench is required. The illustrated manual is included in the package in eight languages.

Does it fit other CFMOTO models?

No. The manufacturer states that code CJC591 is only for the CFMOTO 450MT from 2024 onward. The 800MT-X and 1000MT-X require code CJC603, while the 700MT requires yet another code: the kickstand foot has a unique shape for each model. If you have another CFMOTO, write to us and we’ll tell you the correct code.

I'm not sure it will fit my motorcycle—what should I do?

Contact us before ordering with the motorcycle's model, year, and version, and let us know whether you have already installed accessories on the stand. If you're unsure about your stand's foot, send us a photo and we'll check it for you. It's faster than a return.

How large is the plate?

LOBOO states the weight, 108 g, but not the dimensions, and warns that measurements are taken manually and may have tolerances. If you need the exact dimensions for a specific reason, ask us and we will measure the item in stock.

Does it interfere with the center stand?

No: the plate only acts on the side stand and has no effect on the geometry or operation of any center stand. They are two independent systems.

Change the parked motorcycle's lean angle?

A little, yes. Adding thickness under the foot slightly raises the support point, so the motorcycle remains a touch more upright. LOBOO states this for its entire range of stand plates and considers it an advantage: a loaded motorcycle resting on level ground tends to lean more than necessary, and a few fewer degrees make it easier to bring upright again. The change remains within the safety angle.

Is maintenance required after assembly?

The manufacturer recommends periodically checking the mounting screws, in addition to checking them after the first few uses. This part bears the motorcycle’s weight every time you park it, and the included threadlocker is intended for precisely this purpose. A quick check at the start of the season and after long trips is sufficient.

Is it an original LOBOO product?

Yes. Endurrad sells genuine, new LOBOO products in the manufacturer’s intended packaging, purchased through the official distributor for Italy. The code CJC591 is engraved on the base of the item, as shown in the product listing photos.

How do shipping and delivery work?

Tracked shipping throughout Italy, free for orders over 100 euros; in Europe, it is free for orders over 250 euros. The product is checked and prepared before leaving our warehouse.

What warranty does it have, and can I return it?

The product is covered by the 24-month statutory consumer guarantee of conformity. In the event of a defect, we will handle the claim with the manufacturer. You also have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the product intact and in its original packaging.
