They are the same item. The code engraved on the plate is CJC34, which is also the code under which the Italian distributor lists it in its catalog; the assembly manual, however, is labeled CJC341.

No. The standard stand stays in place, enclosed between the base and the plate cover, which are tightened with three screws. LOBOO describes it as a non-destructive installation: no drilling and no permanent modifications, and it can be returned to its original state in just a few minutes if the vehicle is resold.

A 3 mm Allen key, included in the package along with the three M5×12 screws and a single-use tube of threadlocker. The torque specified in the manual is 4 N·m.

Attention: for most other LOBOO part numbers, the torque is 5 N·m; here, it is 4. If you have already installed a LOBOO plate on another motorcycle, do not rely on memory.

The manual lists five items: the support base, the top cover, three M5×12 screws, a 3 mm Allen key, and a single-use packet of threadlocker. The box also contains the assembly manual in eight languages.

High-strength CNC-machined aluminum alloy. The manufacturer does not publish the alloy designation, so we do not report it.

They are needed for something other than sinking: lateral sliding. A wide but smooth plate distributes weight well, but on gravel, wet grass, or sloping concrete, it can slip.

LOBOO adds grooves to the sides and bottom of the base specifically to grip the supporting surface. For a motorcycle as heavy as the Gold Wing, that makes a significant difference.

Perhaps no other motorcycle is affected more: the GL1800 weighs nearly 400 kg in running order, and all that weight rests on a side stand with a small footprint.

You don't need off-road terrain: sun-softened summer asphalt or a gravel parking lot is enough. And lifting a Gold Wing back up off the ground isn't something you can do alone.
