Description Roll-Up Motorcycle Tool Bag | TPU-coated nylon, integrated ruler, 214 g

A travel tool kit almost always ends up in a bag, and on the side of the road that turns into twenty minutes spent searching for the right wrench. This is a roll with sewn-in pockets of different sizes: open it, see everything, and take what you need.

It opens to 40 × 22.5 cm and folds into a compact triple-fold package measuring 22 × 12 × 5 cm, weighing 214 g when empty. It fits in a top case, a saddlebag, or a motorcycle toolbox.

Why it’s worth it

  • Two rows of independent pockets in different sizes. Each tool has its own compartment, so you can immediately notice if one is missing before folding it back up.
  • TPU-coated nylon. The manufacturer describes it as waterproof and resistant to wear and tearing: it withstands continuous contact with wrenches and sockets without fraying. There is foam padding inside.
  • Mesh pocket with a nylon zipper. Washers, fuses, and cable ties stay where you put them instead of ending up at the bottom. The nylon zipper does not rust like a metal coil zipper.
  • Ruler printed on the fabric. A centimeter scale extending to about 15 cm: check chain slack, measure a bolt’s length, or gauge a brake pad’s thickness without carrying a tape measure.
  • Velcro strap. It passes over the pockets and secures the contents before the roll is closed, so the tools do not pile up on one side after a hundred kilometers of off-road riding.
  • Reinforced edges and perimeter binding. The pocket openings are the first parts likely to give way, so they are reinforced with dedicated stitching.

Designed to fit in a toolbox too

The manufacturer says so itself: the triple fold with two straps is designed to reduce bulk and allow the roll to be stored in a motorcycle toolbox. When closed, it measures 22 × 12 × 5 cm, and the compartment of the LOBOO CGJX-2 toolbox is sized to accommodate it.

Compatibility

It is a storage case, not an accessory to install: it has no motorcycle compatibility requirements and does not require brackets, screws, or modifications. The only thing to check is the available space—whether the closed dimensions of 22 × 12 × 5 cm fit where you want to keep it.

In the box

The bag only, in desert yellow and black. Tools are not included: the manufacturer states this explicitly, and the photos showing wrenches and sockets are only meant to demonstrate how they fit in the pockets.

The fabric is described as waterproof, but the bag has no IP rating and is not a dry bag: for direct and prolonged exposure to rain, it should be placed inside a watertight container.

Why choose it
  • Triple-fold design:opens to 40 cm and folds down to a 22 cm pack.
  • Independent pockets:every tool in its place, even in the dark at the roadside.
  • Zipped mesh pocket:for washers, fuses and small parts that would otherwise end up at the bottom.
  • Integrated 40 cm ruler:chain play, bolt length, shims.
  • Wear and tear resistant TPU:withstands continuous contact with wrenches and sockets. Only 214 g.
Who is it recommended for

It's useful if:

  • You carry tools when traveling and keep them in a bag where you can never find anything
  • You want the kit to take up minimal space in your top case or tail bag
  • You do your own maintenance and need a quick measurement without a tape measure

Important:Tools are not included. This is the case; you choose it to organize your own.

Documents and manufacturer

Use and notes

  • The bag is a tool pouch: tools are not included.
  • Velcro closure: make sure it is closed properly before storing it, to prevent the contents from spilling out.
  • The fabric is waterproof but it is not a dry bag: for direct and prolonged exposure to rain, place it inside a dry bag.

How does it work, in detail?

One roll, not a bag

One roll, not a bag

When closed, it is a handled case measuring 22 × 12 × 5 cm and weighing 214 g. When opened, it becomes a 40 cm work surface where you can see all the tools at once instead of rummaging around blindly.

TPU-coated nylon, waterproof and tear-resistant

TPU-coated nylon, waterproof and tear-resistant

The LOBOO parameter sheet specifies nylon, TPU, and sponge: the fabric is nylon with a TPU coating, described as waterproof, resistant to wear and tearing, and wrinkle-resistant. That is exactly what is needed for a bag that comes into contact with keys and sockets and travels inside a top case.

It folds into three and disappears into the tool compartment

It folds into three and disappears into the tool compartment

The three-fold design with two straps reduces it to a compact bundle. It fits in a motorcycle’s storage compartment, a top case, or a saddlebag without taking space away from the rest.

Pockets of different sizes, one for each tool

Pockets of different sizes, one for each tool

Every tool has its own slot. The practical benefit isn’t just organization: when you roll it back up, you can immediately see if a pocket is empty and realize you’ve forgotten a wrench before setting off again.

The tools shown in the photos are not included.

Zippered pocket for small parts

Washers, fuses, cable ties, a spare chain link: everything that would end up at the bottom of a bag stays secured here in a zippered nylon mesh pocket.

The ruler is printed on the bag

A centimeter scale printed directly on the fabric, extending to approximately 15 cm. It is useful for the chain game, measuring the length of a bolt, or checking the thickness of a skate without carrying a measuring tape in your luggage.

The Velcro keeps the tools securely in place

The Velcro keeps the tools securely in place

A Velcro strap runs over the pockets and secures the contents before the roll is closed. It’s the detail that prevents you from finding all your tools piled up on one side after a hundred kilometers of gravel roads.

Reinforced pocket edges

Reinforced pocket edges

The pocket opening is the first part to give way because it is where the metal rubs every time you take out a tool. Here, it is reinforced with a dedicated stitch.

Woven trim around the perimeter

The entire perimeter is finished with a wear-resistant woven edging that protects the fabric cut edge from rubbing against the bottom of the top case.

Nylon zipper on the mesh pocket

The mesh lets you see what's inside without opening it, and the nylon zipper won't rust like a metal coil zipper when the bag gets damp.

FAQs

For more information, please see our FAQ.

Are the tools included?

No. The product is the case only, as the manufacturer explicitly states on its product page. The keys and sockets shown in the photos are only there to demonstrate how they fit in the pockets.

Is it compatible with my motorcycle?

Yes, with any motorcycle: it’s a case, not an accessory to install. It has no brackets or mounting points and requires no modifications. The only useful check is the space: when closed, it measures 22 × 12 × 5 cm, so make sure it fits in your top case or tool compartment.

How wide is it when open and when closed?

Open: 40 × 22.5 cm; folded: 22 × 12 × 5 cm, with no tools required. With the kit inside, the thickness increases depending on what you put in it. The manufacturer warns that the measurements are taken manually and may vary slightly.

How much does it weigh?

214 g when empty, as stated by the manufacturer.

What material is it made of?

Nylon with a TPU coating and sponge padding. TPU is what makes the fabric waterproof and tear-resistant; the sponge gives the pockets structure and cushions contact between the tools.

Is it really waterproof? Can I leave it out in the rain?

The manufacturer describes the fabric as waterproof, but does not specify an IP rating, and the bag has no watertight closures. It withstands splashes and moisture; for direct and prolonged exposure to rain, it is best kept inside a dry bag or top case.

How many pockets does it have?

The exact number is not stated by the manufacturer. The pockets are different sizes, designed for keys and sockets of varying lengths, plus an internal mesh pocket with a zipper for small parts.

What is the ruler used for?

It is a scale in centimeters printed on the fabric. It is useful for checking chain slack, measuring the length of a bolt, or the thickness of a brake pad without having to carry a tape measure.

Does it include a complete tool kit?

It is sized for a travel kit: combination wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, and small parts in the mesh pocket. It is not designed for a workshop set or tools longer than 22 cm when the bag is closed.

Do the tools stay in place when it’s closed?

Yes: a Velcro strap runs over the pockets and secures the contents before the roll is folded and closed with the two outer straps.

Can it also be used outside the motorcycle?

Yes, it has nothing specific to motorcycles: it works well for bicycles, in a camper, on a boat, or as a workshop organizer. The roll-up design and handle make it convenient to move.

How do you clean it?

By hand, with water and mild detergent, then leave it open to dry. Avoid the washing machine, dryer, and solvents: they damage the TPU coating and the ruler print.

What color is it available in?

In a single combination: desert yellow and black, with the LOBOO logo on the outer side. The inside of the pockets is black.
