There LOBOO Cylinder Head Protection For
BMW R1300GS And R1300GSAdventure It was created to replace the original lower plate with a more robust and technical component. Made of high-strength aluminum alloy with thickness doubled to 4 mm (0,157"), uses a double damping design which absorbs impact energy: rubber buffers in the fixing holes + silicone buffer blocks on the plate.- High strength aluminum - thickness 4 mm (double the OEM)
- Dual damping – rubber pads in the holes + silicone/nylon blocks to absorb shocks
- Replaceable buffer blocks – reduce usage costs over time
- Development on original data – precisely positioned holes for damage-free installation
- Electrostatic spray coating – technical black finish, resistant
- Direct replacement from the original lower protection plate (see reference image)
⚙️ How double damping works
THE hole rubbers isolate the plate from the frame reducing vibrations and spikes, while the silicone/nylon buffer blocks on the front surface they dissipate energy in case of contact with obstacles.

Designed with original vehicle data: The hole positions are accurate for easy assembly without changes. Replaces the bottom plate original. Recommended medium threadlocker and torque control after 100–200 km.
