The LOBOO kit combines high-strength steel lower crash bars with a 4 mm aluminum engine guard to protect the sump, crankcase, and exposed parts on ADV trips and the most challenging terrain. The reinforced design uses multiple mounting points between the plate and bars for a more rigid and stable structure. Installation is non-destructive (no permanent modifications to the vehicle).1–2

The lower bars are made of high-strength steel to absorb shocks and friction, while the engine guard uses aluminum alloy with a thickness of 4 mm to protect the lower part of the engine without weighing down the bike. Installs on OEM frame points with screws and brackets included. Medium threadlocker and cross-tightening according to manufacturer's specifications recommended. After 100–200 km, check the tightness. Check steering freedom and cable clearance at the end of the stroke.
