Description KTM 1290 Super Adventure R/S side case frames

The LOBOO JP251B side pannier racks for the KTM 1290 Super Adventure are designed for 2022 and later models, in both R and S versions, and mount to the manufacturer-provided attachment points.

They accommodate both aluminum and semi-rigid panniers, so you can choose even after installation.

Compatible panniers (not included)

  • PIKE TRACKER aluminum — P35L+P30R, in black or silver
  • WANDERER semi-rigid — BCB4030TBK, 40+30 liters

The top case requires the JP251W top case plate, available on a separate page: the plate and racks are complementary and together complete the luggage system.

Why choose it
  • 83 liters, not 65: these racks support the PIKE TRACKER 45+38, the largest capacity configuration in the range along with BMW models. Most LOBOO racks stop at 35+30.
  • Same price as the 65-liter racks: the JP251B code costs the same as those for smaller motorcycles, with the same construction.
  • R and S with a single code: the 2022 1290 Super Adventure R and S share the subframe.
  • Combine with the JP251W plate: to add the top case and have three cases in total.

The JP251B frames are designed for the 1290 Super Adventure from 2022 onward and mount to the attachment points provided by the manufacturer, without modifications.

They accommodate the P35L+P30R aluminum PIKE TRACKER panniers, in black or silver, and the 40+30-liter semi-rigid WANDERER bags: you can keep your options open even after installation.

45 and 38 liters: 83 in total, and the motorcycle remains narrow

These frames support the largest PIKE TRACKER configuration after the symmetrical setups: 45 liters on the left and 38 on the right, 83 liters in total. That’s twenty liters more than the frames for mid-size adventure bikes, which top out at 35+30.

The difference between the two sides isn’t a compromise for less capacity: the right pannier wraps around the exhaust outlet, keeping the bike’s profile more compact than it would be with two 45-liter panniers.

Available in matte black and polished silver. The panniers are sold separately: here you’re buying the mounting base that supports them.

The JP251B fits the 1290 Super Adventure in both the R and S versions from 2022 onward, so you don't need to check which one you have.

The JP251B accepts both the P35L+P30R aluminum PIKE TRACKER panniers and the 40+30-liter semi-rigid WANDERER panniers.

Buying the frame first keeps your options open: you can change the type of pannier over the years without rebuilding the structure.

The frames attach to the sides, while the JP251W plate attaches to the rear subframe: they are complementary products that together complete the luggage system.

You can install them at the same time or add the plate later without touching anything already installed.

KTM specifies a maximum load for each side pannier: this includes the case and everything you put inside it.

On a long-distance motorcycle like the 1290, this is the limit you tend to exceed first without realizing it.

Which panniers can I mount on these frames?

Aluminum PIKE TRACKER P35L+P30R, in black or silver, or the semi-rigid 40+30-liter WANDERER BCB4030TBK. The cases are not included with the frames.

Does it fit both the 1290 Super Adventure R and the S?

Yes. LOBOO’s official documentation indicates compatibility with the KTM 1290 Super Adventure from 2022 onward, including the R and S variants. However, verify the year and version before purchasing.

Is the product covered by a warranty?

Yes: all LOBOO products sold on Endurrad are covered by the 24-month statutory consumer warranty. In the event of a lack of conformity, we will handle the claim with the manufacturer.
