Quick-release mount, waterproof TPU fabric, magnetic roll-top closure, key lock, MOLLE panels, reflective strips, and compatibility with four LOBOO frame series. These are the seven features on which the entire series is built.

TPU composite fabric with mesh 840D and 0.6 mm thickness and a waterproof zipper. LOBOO states an IPX6 rating,meaning resistance to powerful water jets from any direction: highway rain is well within that limit.

Each pannier contains a waterproof bag 20 L (400 × 200 × 250 mm, 1 kg) with quick-release straps. You remove it, take it into the hotel, and the motorcycle stays with the panniers mounted. The luggage never touches the bottom of the pannier.

The plate attaches to side frames with a tube 18 mm in diameter and its position can be adjusted. It is designed for the LOBOO PIKE TRACKER and TIBET-B frames, but the adjustment also allows it to be adapted to other frames with the same tube.

The lower corner is recessed to accommodate the exhaust terminal, which on the right side is the most common constraint. However, please note: on motorcycles where the exhaust touches or aligns with the bag, the manufacturer still advises against using it.

Inside the fabric is a U-shaped support panel plus a side panel, with protective corner guards. This is what makes the suitcase semi-rigid rather than floppy: it holds its shape even when half full and protects the corners, which are the first parts to wear out.

The MOLLE system is a standard, not a proprietary mounting system: LOBOO states that it is compatible with MOLLE accessories from other brands. If you already have pouches or tool holders using that system, they can be mounted on these cases.

Four steps: thread the strap tip through the suitcase webbing, then through the accessory’s webbing, weave it back and forth several times, and finally reinsert the tip into the starting webbing. This is the system that prevents the accessory from slipping out due to vibrations.

Each case has two cylinders, one on top and one on the side. LOBOO can supply them with the same key as LOBOO aluminum cases: if you already have them, provide us with your key number when placing your order and travel with just one key.

Reflective strips make the motorcycle’s visible silhouette wider at night, exactly when a passing car judges you to be narrower than you are. Expansion rings are for strapping on anything that doesn’t fit inside: a tent, a sleeping mat.

Accessory sold separately: height adjustable from 26.5 to 28 cm, suitable for containers up to 10 cm in diameter, made of matte 840D TPU with a Duraflex buckle and a pocket in the lid. Attaches to the suitcase’s MOLLE panels.

Accessory sold separately: 7 L, 20 × 12 × 30 cm, made of matte 840D and 420D TPU with Hypalon inserts, featuring a U-shaped support plate and highly reflective strips. It is also IPX6-rated, so it provides the same level of protection as the case.

Dimensioned drawing of the BCB40TBKL for the PIKE TRACKER P45 and P37 frames (358 × 182.5 mm), P35 (318 × 204 mm), and TIBET-B TB35 (334.5 × 183.5 mm). The holes for the P45 and P37 series are factory-provided, so no adjustment is needed on those frames.

Same layout for the BCB40TBKR and BCB30TBKR, with the TIBET-B TB28 frame as an additional option. The gray areas indicate the alternative holes, which are used when the drainpipe passes too close to the main mounting points.

TIBET-B TB35 and TIBET T34 share a 334.5 × 183.5 mm mounting-hole spacing and differ in the distance between the fastening clips: 124.5 mm on the TB35 and 114.5 mm on the T34. This is the measurement to check if you have a TIBET frame and don't know which series it is.

All three bags measure 450 × 270 × 400 mm, excluding the roll-top closure. The 40 L weighs 5.9 kg, the 30 L weighs 5.8 kg, and the waterproof bag weighs 1 kg. Materials: TPU, nylon, Hypalon, and aluminum alloy.
