Is it mounted vertically or horizontally?

In both configurations: on the 25 mm tube, the mounting angle can be changed by 90°, so the container stays upright on both vertical and horizontal sections of the paramotor frame.

What tools are needed to assemble it?

The package includes 3 mm and 4 mm hex keys, a 5.5 mm bit, and threadlocker. You only need the 4 mm key for the engine guard. For mounting on a case, you'll also need a drill to fit the bit.

What is the tightening torque for the screws?

5 N·m for all M5×10 screws, both the collar screws and the top case screws. The manual says not to tighten them right away: assemble everything, apply threadlocker to every screw, and only then tighten them to the specified torque. The screws should be checked periodically.

How do you insert and lock the water bottle?

Unhook the handle from the lower buckle and open the support. Insert the container, hold it from underneath with one hand, and with the other pull the handle upward until the elastic cord is taut, then hook the handle into the most suitable of the three available positions.

Does the water bottle get scratched or move around while you ride?

Inside, there are non-slip silicone inserts: according to LOBOO, they keep the container stable, preventing it from shifting or getting damaged. The tensioned elastic cord completes the grip.

How much does it weigh, and how much space does it take up when empty?

It weighs 191 g. When empty, it folds up: tighten the cable, fasten the handle into the buckle at the bottom, and its size shrinks to 179 × 57.9 × 38.4 mm, according to the manufacturer.

The LOBOO CSHJ-1 motorcycle bottle holder keeps your water bottle, bottle, can, or thermos within reach while you travel: attach it to a 25 mm tubular crash bar with two clamps, or to the wall of a top case or side case with through-bolts. The elastic cord with three attachment positions secures containers measuring 58 to 78 mm in diameter, while the non-slip silicone inserts hold them in place without marking them. It weighs 191 g.

It’s the diameter that matters, not the capacity: the container must measure between 58 and 78 mm. LOBOO does not specify a maximum carrying weight.

How it works

Elastic cord with handle: unhook the handle from the buckle at the bottom, open the holder, insert the container, then hold it from underneath and pull the handle up until the cord is taut.
Three preset positions for attaching the handle, depending on the container’s diameter.
Non-slip silicone inside: LOBOO says it keeps the container stable, preventing movement and damage.
Folds away when empty: close the holder, tighten the cord, and hook the handle into the buckle at the bottom. When closed, it measures 179 × 57,9 × 38,4 mm.

Where to mount it

Crash bar or frame with a Ø 25 mm tube: two clamps and four M5×10 screws tightened to 5 N·m, with no drilling required. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally: the mounting angle changes by 90°.
Top case or side cases: adhesive drilling template, supplied Ø 5,5 mm drill bit, O-rings on the back, and screws tightened from the inside. Requires drilling the case, and LOBOO warns that installation may damage it.

The clamp is designed only for 25 mm tubes: measure your crash bar’s diameter before buying.

One bottle cage, three mounting points

25 mm tubular engine guard, top case, or side case: the CSHJ-1 depends not on the motorcycle model, but on where you mount it.

For the engine guard, only the tube diameter matters: 25 mm. On top cases and side cases, it mounts with through-bolts, drilled through the wall.

LOBOO shows it with a can, water bottle, insulated cup, sports bottle, and portable fire extinguisher: on the go, carry what you really need on board.

It loads in four gestures

Unhook the handle from the buckle at the bottom, open the holder, and insert the container.

Hold it against the surface and pull the handle until the elastic cord is taut, then hook it into the right position. To release it, reverse the process.

Non-slip silicone, no scratches

The holder has non-slip silicone inserts inside.

According to LOBOO, they keep the container securely in place without shifting and without damaging the water bottle.

High-strength engineering plastic

The body is made of high-strength technical plastic, chosen by the manufacturer for greater durability.

Vertically or horizontally, on the 25 mm tube

Come si monta

Abbraccia il tubo con i due collari e fissali al portaborraccia con le 4 viti M5×10 e le rondelle M5, usando la chiave esagonale da 4 mm.
Scegli l'orientamento: verticale o orizzontale, l'angolo cambia di 90°.

Istruzioni complete e note di sicurezza

Difficoltà: facile sul paramotore, con le chiavi incluse; sul bauletto serve anche un trapano.

Su paramotore o telaio da 25 mm

Abbraccia il tubo con i due collari e fissali al portaborraccia con le 4 viti M5×10 e le rondelle M5, usando la chiave esagonale da 4 mm.
Scegli l'orientamento: verticale o orizzontale, l'angolo cambia di 90°.

Su bauletto o valigia laterale

Togli la sacca interna, incolla la dima adesiva nel punto scelto e fora sulle croci con la punta Ø 5,5 mm inclusa. Interasse dei fori: 38,80 mm.
Inserisci i 4 O-ring Ø 10 × 1,5 mm nella scanalatura sul retro del portaborraccia e fissalo dall'interno con le 4 viti M5×10 e la chiave da 3 mm.

Serraggio

Non serrare subito: monta tutto, applica il frenafiletti incluso su ogni vite, poi serra tutte le viti a 5 N·m.
Ricontrolla periodicamente il serraggio.

Any container with a diameter between 58 and 78 mm: sports bottles, water bottles, cans, thermoses, and insulated mugs, even a portable fire extinguisher. Diameter matters, not capacity. LOBOO does not state a maximum carrying weight.

Does it fit on my motorcycle's engine guard?

Yes, if the engine guard or frame tube has a diameter of 25 mm. LOBOO states that it is compatible only with 25 mm crash bars, regardless of the motorcycle model. Before purchasing, measure the diameter of the tube where you want to install it.

Can it be mounted on 22 mm tubes or tubes larger than 25 mm?

No. The two clamps are designed for 25 mm pipes, and the manufacturer does not provide adapters for other diameters.

Does it fit GIVI, Touratech, or original crash bars?

The manufacturer's page mentions GIVI, Touratech, and original bars, but there is only one criterion: the tube must measure 25 mm. If your bar has a different diameter, the clamp will not close properly.

Can I mount it on the top case or on the aluminum side cases?

Yes, the manual specifies mounting on the top case and side cases using four through-bolts tightened from the inside. You need to drill through the case wall, and LOBOO warns that installation may damage it: consider carefully before proceeding.

How do you drill holes in the suitcases to install it?

First remove the inner bag. Stick the adhesive template in the selected spot, drill through the marked crosses using the included Ø 5.5 mm drill bit, insert the four O-rings into the groove on the back of the bottle cage, and secure it from the inside with the M5×10 screws and the 3 mm hex key. The hole spacing on the template is 38.80 mm.
