Description LOBOO Aluminum Handguard System for CFMOTO 450MT, 700MT, 800MT, and 800MT-X

Handguards with high-strength aluminum alloy body for the CFMOTO adventure range: 450MT, 700MT, 800MT and 800MT-X. They replace the original handguards of the motorcycle: the CHS603 bracket takes their place, with two-point fixing, a three-position adjustable wind deflector (no tools required) and replaceable side impact pads.

Why choose this LOBOO product

  • High-strength aluminum alloy body: a rigid cage around hands and brake and clutch levers. Original levers cost much more than a handguard.
  • Replace original handguards: they don't add to your CFMOTO's stock ones, they take their place. The original ones must be removed.
  • Black or silver bracket: the CHS603 is available in two finishes, black CHS603BK and silver CHS603SL, with the same anchoring and compatibility.
  • Three-position wind deflector: high for highways and in winter, low in mid-season, removed off-road when air and visibility are needed. It adjusts by hand.
  • Two-point fixing: handlebar end and handlebar tube. The manufacturer states that the second anchor prevents the handguard from rotating in the event of an impact.
  • Side impact pads: replaceable shock-absorbing inserts that absorb contact and can be replaced when scratched.

  • You ride your motorcycle all year round and want to change the level of protection with the seasons
  • You alternate between asphalt and gravel roads, where levers are exposed to stones, branches, and low-speed falls
  • You want to be able to replace individual components instead of the entire handguard
Documents and manufacturer

Assembly

  • Remove the original handguards from the motorcycle: the CHS603 replaces them.
  • Mount the bracket to the two attachment points, handlebar end and handlebar tube, without fully tightening.
  • Screw the shield onto the bracket and mount the bumper pads on the sides.
  • Adjusting or removing the deflector does not require tools.
  • Once assembled, test the steering to full lock on both sides and check that cables and controls remain free.
  • Recheck the tightening after the first 100-200 km. The manufacturer does not publish the prescribed torques for this model.

Use and maintenance

  • Clean with water and mild soap. Avoid solvents on the transparent deflector.
  • After an impact or fall, check brackets, clamps and pads before getting back on the road.
  • Handguards reduce the exposure of hands and levers, but do not replace gloves and protective clothing.
  • Keep the disassembled original handguards if you plan to resell the motorcycle with standard accessories.

Cosa devo comprare per avere un paramano completo?

La variante Set completo li contiene già tutti e tre; le altre varianti di questa pagina sono i singoli pezzi, utili come ricambio.

Su quali CFMOTO si montano?

La staffa CHS603 copre CFMOTO 450MT e 700MT dal 2024, 800MT dal 2021 e 800MT-X dal 2024. Fuori dall'Europa la 450MT e la 800MT si chiamano Ibex 450 e Ibex 800: è la stessa moto. Scudo CHP001 e tamponi CFCK001 sono invece componenti comuni a tutta la gamma paramani LOBOO.

306,2 × 126,3 × 200,3 mm per singolo paramano. Sono quote rilevate manualmente dal produttore, quindi vanno prese come indicative al millimetro. LOBOO segnala che le misure cambiano da un modello di paramano all'altro: queste valgono per il CHS603.

Come funziona il deflettore regolabile?

L'estensione trasparente sopra lo scudo ha tre configurazioni: alta, bassa o rimossa. Si cambia a mano, senza attrezzi: alta d'inverno e in autostrada, bassa in mezza stagione, tolta in fuoristrada quando servono aria e visibilità.

Perché il fissaggio a due punti?

Un solo attacco lascia il paramano libero di ruotare quando prende un colpo. Con il secondo ancoraggio sul tubo del manubrio la struttura resta in posizione: è esattamente la funzione che il produttore attribuisce al doppio punto di fissaggio.

Proteggono in caso di caduta?

Sono pensati per proteggere mani e leve di freno e frizione da vento, detriti e contatti accidentali, e i tamponi paracolpi assorbono l'urto in caso di caduta a bassa velocità. Non sono un dispositivo di sicurezza omologato e non sostituiscono guanti e abbigliamento protettivo.

Il montaggio è alla portata di tutti?

È un lavoro meccanico semplice, ma si opera vicino a leve e comandi. Per questo modello LOBOO non pubblica un manuale né le coppie di serraggio: serra con criterio, ricontrolla dopo i primi 100-200 km e verifica che cavi e comandi restino liberi.

Devo togliere i paramani originali?

Sì. Sulla gamma CFMOTO MT il CHS603 sostituisce i paramani di serie, non si aggiunge a loro: vanno smontati prima di montare la staffa. Tienine conto se prevedi di rivendere la moto con gli accessori originali.

Posso cambiare il colore dello scudo in seguito?

Sì. Scudo e staffa sono pezzi distinti: puoi ordinare in un secondo momento solo la coppia di scudi CHP001 nell'altro colore e tenere la staffa già montata.

Interferiscono con specchi e comandi?

Nelle immagini del produttore il paramano resta entro la linea del manubrio. Dopo il montaggio prova comunque lo sterzo a fine corsa da entrambi i lati e controlla che specchi, cavi e comandi non tocchino.

Gli accessori che si vedono nelle foto sono compresi?

Come si puliscono?
