The LOBOO JPT661W top-case plate for the KOVE 800 X is the base for attaching the top case, mounted on the manufacturer’s designated mounting points.

It accepts the PIKE TRACKER and TIBET top cases from the LOBOO range, in black or silver finish. The top case is not included: this page concerns the plate only.

It is installed together with the JP661B side frames: the plate on the rear subframe and the frames on the sides. Together, they complete the luggage system for the KOVE 800 X.

The JPT661W plate is the base onto which the top case attaches, mounted on the manufacturer’s designated mounting points. The top case is a separate item.

It combines with the JP661B side frames: the plate goes on the rear subframe, and the frames on the sides. Together, they complete the luggage system.

However, they are not required: the plate can also be installed on its own if you only need the top case.

It is the highest and rearmost point of the load: exceeding it affects stability more than the same weight in the side cases.

After installation, check that the top case does not cover the license plate or rear lights and does not extend beyond the limits established by the Highway Code.

Recheck the fasteners after the first 100–200 km: the rear rack flexes significantly when carrying a moving load.

Premium upgrade on my BMW GS

I installed the JADO S6 on my BMW GS (non-"dedicated" version), and although I don't use the BMW base, the display and features are still top notch.
