Frequently asked questions

My BMW is not in the table: can I still install it?
No. The kit is designed for the handlebar geometry of the 2 models listed. Both the model and the year are needed: a BMW R1300GS with Amber light in OEM Handguard from a different year may require a different kit.

Are the protective plastics included?
No. Barkbusters sells the structure and plastics separately: this only includes the aluminum structure with hardware. JET, VPS, STORM, and CARBON plastics are ordered separately and are interchangeable.

What is the difference with single-point versions?
The double-point is indicated by the manufacturer for impact protection, the single-point only for wind and weather.
