Description Complete BMW R 1250 GS Adventure kit with D7 PRO auxiliary lights and CANsmart

Code DNL07KIT013K — DENALI code DNL.07.KIT.013

The top of the range for the BMW R 1250 GS Adventure: a pair of D7 PRO lights with 11,900 lumens each, model-specific mounts, and a CANsmart GEN II control unit dedicated to the vehicle.

The D7 PRO lights have two independent circuits — central flood and outer spot, both dimmable — and the X-Lens lenses can be changed with a quick-fit connection. The kit includes clear, amber, and yellow lenses. The control unit keeps the two circuits separate: the central optics are synchronized with the turn signals, while the outer circuit is linked to the headlight.

The auxiliary lights, mounts, and control unit are already matched: no risk of choosing the wrong mount or a control unit for another year.

Why choose it

Who is it recommended for

How does it work, in detail?

  • The lighting setup at the highest level, already paired.
Spotlights, bracket, and control unit already paired

Spotlights, bracket, and control unit already paired

Pair of D7 PRO lights, mount designed for the R 1250 GS Adventure, and a specific CANsmart controller. Note the model: Adventure versions have different mounting points from the GS, and this is the kit with the correct mount for them.

The same mount is used in the DL4 kit for this motorcycle: those upgrading to a higher range change the lights and keep the mount.

It is controlled from the Wonder Wheel

It is controlled from the Wonder Wheel

The control unit plugs into the 4-pin RDC connector in the compartment behind the passenger seat: no wires to cut. The auxiliary lights turn on by holding the turn signal cancel button for three seconds and are adjusted with the Wonder Wheel from 0 to 100%.

No switch to add to the handlebar, no relay to hide under the seat.

Three lenses included; you choose the beam.

Three lenses included; you choose the beam.

The X-Lens system can be changed using the quick-release mount, without tools: the kit includes clear, amber, and selective yellow lenses for each spotlight. Change the color and shape of the beam according to fog, rain, or a dry night.

With the amber lenses on the central optics, the control unit can make them flash in sync with the turn signals.

FAQs

For more information, see our FAQ of frequently asked questions.

Is it better than buying the pieces separately?

Yes, on the price, but above all on the risk. A lighting setup on a GS brings together three things that need to match: the auxiliary lights, the correct mounts for that model, and the right control unit for that year. Getting one of them wrong means sending the package back and starting over. They’re already matched in the kit.

What difference does having the CANsmart in the kit make?

You control the spotlights using the buttons already on your handlebar, without adding switches. On BMWs, adjustment is done via the Wonder Wheel, and the control unit connects to the diagnostic socket without altering the original wiring. That’s the difference between an accessory that’s installed and one that’s integrated.

Can I assemble it myself?

Yes, if you’re comfortable with basic mechanics: there’s no need to cut or splice wires; everything plugs into the original connectors. Allow yourself a relaxed afternoon the first time, especially to route the wiring neatly under the tank.

Premium upgrade on my BMW GS

I installed the JADO S6 on my BMW GS (non-"dedicated" version), and although I don't use the BMW base, the display and features are still top notch. The night visibility is impressive, and the "X-Ray" mode, as they call it, makes evening riding much safer. I also appreciate Endurrad's quick support for pre-purchase clarifications: fast shipping, careful packaging. A product that is really worth the expense for a premium upgrade.

Robust, complete, and perfect for long trips

As a motorcyclist who travels many miles, both on asphalt and off-road, I was looking for a solid display with advanced features: well, the JADO S6 exceeded my expectations. The body is sturdy, and the IP69K waterproof rating won me over from the very first downpour. The WiFi/BT connection is stable, and the dedicated app makes downloading dashcam videos super fast. All in one device, without having to mount 3-4 different accessories. Excellent value for money.

The ultimate system for motorcycle travelers

Installed a few weeks ago on my adventure bike: the JADO S6 is truly a quantum leap in quality. The 6" screen is ultra-bright (even in direct sunlight it is perfectly visible) and the CarPlay/Android Auto interface works first time. The integrated dual dashcam gives me peace of mind on every trip. Installation was simple, with a clean fit without any invasive systems. Highly recommended for serious travelers who want a single smart control unit that does everything.

Great product, good value for money

The bag is of excellent quality and comes with all the necessary straps and a shoulder strap. The two methods of attaching it to the motorcycle are well designed and offer a range of options. I will also buy the larger model.

Very satisfied

I saw the Endurrad ad on Facebook and immediately set about getting Loboo inflatable bags for my motorcycle...... But due to a technical error, I entered the wrong information on the order, which had already been shipped. Alarmed, I sent emails to the Endurrad staff, who, with their professionalism (and I must add, their patience), corrected the information both in the registration and with the courier, who was already on his way to deliver the order...Within two days, I received the bags and immediately tried them out and fitted them to my motorcycle. So I must say with great satisfaction that I was very pleased with the staff, with the product, and above all with the professionalism with which the marketing of all these products was carried out..... 🙂
