LOBOO does not publish load tests for this part number, so we do not state strength thresholds: a crash bar reduces damage; it does not eliminate it.

The manual describes six steps, making it the quickest installation in the LOBOO crash bar range. Installation is identical on both sides: once you understand the first, the second is straightforward.

It attaches to the frame’s original mounting points without drilling, cutting, or modifications. Once removed, the V-Strom returns exactly to its original condition.

22 N·m for the M8 bolts, 10 N·m for the M6 bolts. LOBOO indicates that they should not be fully tightened during assembly: first, position all the bars and complete the adjustments, then tighten them in sequence.

The LOBOO manual and product page specify only the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE from 2024 onward.

The bars have pre-drilled mounting points for auxiliary lights or fog lights, so there’s no need for universal clamps tightened around the tube, risking rotation at the first pothole.

The lights and their dedicated mounts are not included: they appear in the LOBOO images for illustrative purposes only. The exact hole diameter has not been published, so if you’ve already chosen your lights, write to us and we’ll verify the measurement on the actual part before you place your order.

The silver is bead-blasted 304 stainless steel, left exposed. The black is electrostatically powder-coated and blends in with the dark plastics.

The material, dimensions, geometry, and mounts are identical: only the codes differ, CHG421SL and CHG421BK.

Engine guard, radiator side panels, and the upper fairings. On the 800DE, these are the components most likely to hit the ground first in a stationary tip-over or low-speed slide—and also the most expensive to replace.
