All you need to know before ordering
Technical specifications, equipment, delivery, and warranty: find every detail, verified against official LOBOO documentation, below.
On the R 1300 GS Adventure, the two panels covering the radiator weigh 416 grams per pair. These carbon-fiber ones weigh 235. That removes 181 grams high up and toward the front, where the weight is felt in the steering, while also giving the bike a new look.
Two versions, and the difference matters
Covers only. They replace the original panels using the motorcycle’s existing screws. This is the aesthetic and weight-saving option.
With bag mounts. The covers are supplemented by two technical-plastic supports that provide mounting points for the 5 L crash-bar bags. They are needed if your Adventure does not have the original mounting slots on the side panel: without them, the bags cannot be fitted.
How they are made
- Carbon fiber with a visible weave, in a gloss or matte finish.
- Molded from the vehicle’s original specifications, with precisely positioned holes.
- No-drill installation: remove the original panel, fit the cover in its place, and reuse the motorcycle’s screws. Two steps, identical on both sides.
- Technical-plastic mounts in the version with the kit, manufactured to OEM standards.
Manufacturer-stated specifications
- Pair of covers: 235 g in a gloss finish, 237 g in a matte finish
- Pair of bag mounts: 296 g
- Original comparison panels: approximately 416 g per pair
- Compatibility: BMW R 1300 GS Adventure from 2024 onward
The package contains the left and right covers, plus the two mounts in the version that includes them. No hardware is included because it is not needed: the original hardware is reused. The manufacturer does not specify tightening torques, so use the original BMW torque value for the screws you reinstall.
