Description Side Case Racks for Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Pro from 2023 | symmetrical 37+37 L cases

The LOBOO JP921B side case frames for the Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Pro have a distinctive feature compared with most adventure bikes: they allow symmetrical configurations.

Where the exhaust requires a narrower right-hand case, these frames allow two cases with equal capacity to be fitted: P37L+P37R or P45L+P45R, for up to 90 liters of total capacity.

Compatible cases (not included)

  • PIKE TRACKER 45+45 — 90 liters, for long trips or two-up travel
  • PIKE TRACKER 37+37 — keeps the motorcycle narrower
  • WANDERER semi-rigid — BCB4040TBK, 40+40 liters

Steel construction, mounted on the manufacturer’s designated mounting points. Compatible with the Tiger 1200 GT Pro from 2023.

Why choose it
  • Symmetrical configurations: P37L+P37R or P45L+P45R, up to 90 liters total. Not all adventure bikes allow this.
  • Dual compatibility: also accepts the semi-rigid WANDERER BCB4040TBK 40+40 liter bags.
  • Steel construction: transfers the load weight to the motorcycle frame.
  • Dedicated mounting: on the manufacturer's designated mounting points.
Who is it recommended for

Compatible cases, to be purchased separately:

  • PIKE TRACKER 45+45: 90 liters total, for long trips or couples.
  • PIKE TRACKER 37+37: keeps the bike narrower, sufficient for multi-day trips.
  • WANDERER semi-rigid: BCB4040TBK 40+40 liters.

Compatibility: Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Pro from 2023. Check version and year before purchase.

Documents and manufacturer

Assembly and Notes

  • Panniers are not included: the frames are the sole support structure.
  • Observe the maximum load per side frame indicated by Triumph in the motorcycle's manual: with the 45+45 setup, the limit is reached more easily.
  • Recheck the fastenings after the first 100-200 km.
  • The load must not cover the license plate and taillights or extend beyond the limits of the Highway Code.

How does it work, in detail?

The frame that allows for symmetrical panniers

The frame that allows for symmetrical panniers

On most adventure bikes, the exhaust requires a narrower right pannier. The geometry of the Tiger 1200 GT Pro, however, allows symmetrical configurations: P37L+P37R or P45L+P45R, for up to 90 litres of total capacity.

It also accepts the 40+40-litre WANDERER BCB4040TBK soft panniers. Steel construction, mounted on the manufacturer’s designated mounting points.

Equal-sized compartments on both sides: 37+37 or 45+45

Equal-sized compartments on both sides: 37+37 or 45+45

Most adventure bikes require asymmetrical panniers because the exhaust silencer takes up space on the right side. Not here: the exhaust geometry allows two identical panniers, 37+37 or 45+45, for up to 90 liters.

You notice the advantage when loading. With equal volumes, you can distribute the weight without thinking about it, and the bike remains neutral even fully loaded. With asymmetrical panniers, you always have to remember which side the heavier luggage goes on.

Matt black or polished silver, with the panniers sold separately.

On most adventure bikes, the exhaust requires a narrower right-hand pannier. The geometry of the Tiger 1200 GT Pro doesn’t have this limitation.

That’s why this frame reaches 45+45, for a total of ninety liters, while others stop at 45+38 or 35+30.

The JP921B accepts the aluminum PIKE TRACKER cases in 37+37 and 45+45 configurations, as well as the 40+40-liter WANDERER semi-rigid cases.

Buying the frame first keeps your options open: you can change the case type or capacity without rebuilding the structure.

Luggage is not included

This page covers the support structure only: the panniers are a separate item.

If you want to purchase everything together, the Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Pro Side Panniers page offers the frames and a pair of panniers in a single kit.

Check the maximum load in the vehicle registration document

Check the maximum load in the vehicle registration document

Triumph indicates a maximum load per side pannier: this includes the pannier itself and everything you put inside it.

With the 45+45 configuration, the limit is reached sooner: ninety liters of available capacity do not mean ninety liters of load capacity.

Recheck the fasteners after the first few miles.

Recheck the fasteners after the first few miles.

After the first 100–200 km, the structure settles: checking the tightness of the fasteners is the most useful maintenance you can perform.

Repeat it before every long journey, when the load remains on the racks for several consecutive days.

FAQs

For more information, please see our FAQ.

Is it compatible with Rally Pro, GT Explorer, or Rally Explorer?

The cover of the manual only identifies the Tiger 1200 GT Pro from 2023 onward. The manufacturer does not mention the other configurations in the 1200 range.

The Rally versions have spoked wheels and different suspension, while the Explorer versions have a larger fuel tank—differences that may affect the rear mounting points. If yours is not a GT Pro, contact us before ordering and we will request confirmation.

Which top cases can I mount?

The aluminum PIKE TRACKER in the symmetrical 37+37-liter configuration, in black or silver. Unlike other motorcycles, the two sides here are identical, so you do not have to remember a mounting orientation.

Alternatively, the WANDERER semi-rigid panniers, which attach to any frame with an 18 mm tube. The panniers are not included.

Are suitcases included in the price?

No: this page sells the pair of frames, which is the part intended for the motorcycle. The cases are selected separately, which is why the frame only needs to be installed once: you can change the type of case over the years without redoing the work.

Does this motorcycle also support a navigation system?

Yes: for the Tiger 1200 GT Pro, LOBOO also produces the CDZ921 navigation mount and the CJC921 kickstand plate, both already listed in the Endurrad catalog. They are independent products from the luggage rack frame.

What torque should the screws be tightened to?

The manual specifies a single value: 20 N·m for all M8 screws in the kit, in the three supplied lengths. A torque wrench is required but not included.

The manual also says not to fully tighten immediately: first position all the pieces and check the alignment, then tighten them in sequence.

Do you need to drill into or modify the motorcycle?

The manual does not specify any drilling: the frame is secured to the existing mounting points. However, it requires all parts and fasteners removed from the motorcycle to be reinstalled according to Triumph’s torque specifications and instructions.

Are the hardware and tools included?

Yes. The bill of materials contains eleven items: the two frame halves, the crossbar, two types of spacer, three lengths of M8 screw, eight washers, two finishing caps, and the service tool.

The only tool you need to have is a torque wrench.

What are the two included caps for?

They close off the mounting points left unused on the motorcycle after the frame is installed, preventing open holes from being exposed to water and dirt. There are two, Ø20 mm, as specified in the bill of materials.

What material is the frame made of?

The manual for this code does not state this, and we prefer to tell you rather than choose a material ourselves.

The PIKE TRACKER series parameter sheet lists stainless steel or aluminum alloy frames, but this is a range-wide specification. If you need the precise specification for this code, ask us and we will verify it with the manufacturer.

How much weight can I load on each side?

The frame manual does not specify a load limit. The LOBOO aluminum luggage manual does, recommending that no more than 10 kg be loaded in each side case and 5 kg in the top case.

The stated reason is vibration while riding: this is a usage limit, not a breaking load. In any case, the motorcycle manufacturer's maximum total load specified in the registration document must also be observed.

Is the assembly manual in Italian?

Yes. The LOBOO manual is published in eight languages, including Italian, with an illustrated, part-by-part bill of materials and a numbered installation view. The PDF can be downloaded from this page.

Is the product covered by a warranty?

Yes: the 24-month statutory warranty of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code applies. In the event of a defect, we will handle the claim with the manufacturer.
