If your Ducati DesertX already has the original engine guard, this mount allows you to install the spotlights on it without adding brackets to the frame: it uses a component that is already there and designed to withstand impacts.
The original engine guard is required: without it, there is nowhere to attach the mount. Spotlights not included.

Premium upgrade on my BMW GS
I installed the JADO S6 on my BMW GS (non-"dedicated" version), and although I don't use the BMW base, the display and features are still top notch.
