Dedicated mount that allows any DENALI auxiliary light to be installed on the BMW R 1300 GS Adventure. Powder-coated steel brackets with an M8 mounting hole and all the necessary hardware.

Pay attention to the model: the R 1300 GS Adventure has different mounting points from the R 1300 GS, and the two mounts are not interchangeable.

It attaches to the mounting points already provided by the manufacturer, without drilling or modifying anything: the installation is reversible.

The R 1300 GS Adventure has different mounting points from the R 1300 GS: this bracket is designed for those points and is not interchangeable with the other one. It is the most common purchasing mistake with this family.

Powder-coated steel brackets, M8 mounting hole, and hardware included.

The mount attaches to the points already provided by the manufacturer, with the required hardware included. No drilling or modifications are needed: if you sell the motorcycle one day, you can return it to its original condition.

The M8 hole accepts any DENALI light, from the DL4 to the D7 PRO.

Aiming at a loaded motorcycle

On an Adventure, the aim must be readjusted with the bike loaded for touring. With full panniers, a top case, and a passenger, rear suspension sag raises the front end, causing the auxiliary lights to illuminate higher than they were adjusted to when the bike was unloaded.

The DENALI method remains the same: place the bike on level ground 7.6 meters from a wall, with a horizontal line 5 cm below the center of the auxiliary lights.

Is it compatible with the standard R 1300 GS?

No. The R 1300 GS and the GS Adventure have different mounting points: this bracket is for the Adventure; the other one requires the dedicated bracket.

Which spotlights can I install on it?

Any DENALI spotlight: the mounting hole is M8, the standard across the entire range. You can start with a pair of DL4s and upgrade to the D7 PROs in the future without changing the mount.

Should I re-aim the spotlights when traveling with a full load?

It’s advisable. With luggage, a top case, and a passenger, rear sag raises the nose and the auxiliary lights illuminate higher. Aim them with the bike set up as you actually ride it, 7.6 meters from a wall, with the line 5 cm below the center of the auxiliary lights.
