Description Heated motorcycle insoles with 4 temperature levels and IPX7 protection

Cold feet always come first, and with motorcycle boots there’s no room for an extra sock. These insoles slip into the footwear you already use and warm the entire sole, not just the toes.

The surface is made of wear-resistant, non-slip silicone, with IPX7 protection against the moisture that builds up inside the boot. The heating can be adjusted across four levels and distributes warmth evenly across the entire foot.

One size fits sizes 38 to 45: cut them along the printed guides, so they need to be trimmed to size once and carefully, because the cut cannot be undone.

Why choose it
Who is it recommended for

How does it work, in detail?

Even warmth, to guide you through winter

Even warmth, to guide you through winter

With motorcycle boots, there’s no room for an extra sock, and the cold still gets in from below. These insoles replace the original ones and warm your feet from the inside, with four adjustable levels and up to around five hours of battery life.

Everything they do, in summary

Everything they do, in summary

Four temperature levels, a 5000 mAh battery, up to five hours of continuous heating, IPX7 water resistance, wear-resistant non-slip silicone, fast and even heating, and multiple electrical safety protections.

5000 mAh lithium battery

5000 mAh lithium battery

Power is supplied by a dedicated, compact, lightweight power bank that is easy to carry. It has four electrical protections: overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent, and short circuit.

The power bank’s product page

The power bank’s product page

99 × 63 × 15 mm per 110,8 g, 5000 mAh, USB-C input 5V-3A and USB-C 5V-3A or DC 6V-0.8A outputs. It recharges in about two hours with a 5V-3A power adapter, operates from -20 to +55 °C, and is IP65.

Four levels, four ranges

Four levels, four ranges

42–46 °C for approximately 5 hours, 47–49 °C for 4 hours, 50–53 °C for 3 hours and 45 minutes, and 54–57 °C for 3 and a half hours. These are LOBOO laboratory tests at −10 °C, so the values are indicative. For prolonged use, the manufacturer recommends the low setting, which prevents low-temperature burns.

Bidirectional 15 W PD: also charges your phone

Bidirectional 15 W PD: also charges your phone

The USB-C port supports input and output with 15 W PD fast charging: the manufacturer claims about 98% of a phone's charge in two hours. In the evening at the hotel, the pack that warms your feet becomes your power bank.

Calf sleeve with non-slip silicone

Calf sleeve with non-slip silicone

The power bank sits in an elastic band with a dedicated pocket lined with non-slip silicone to keep it from slipping down while you drive or walk. The cable is about 34 cm long, so it stays just above the boot.

Heat the entire plant, not just the tip

Heat the entire plant, not just the tip

The heating element is a flexible film that distributes heat across the entire foot, providing better performance than heating elements concentrated in the forefoot.

1.8 mm double-layer silicone

1.8 mm double-layer silicone

Printed as a single piece, it conducts heat well and creates friction: the sock doesn’t twist inside the boot. And at 1.8 millimeters, it doesn’t take away half a shoe size from your fit.

IPX7: they can be washed under the tap

IPX7: they can be washed under the tap

An insole lives inside a sweaty boot for months. This one is IPX7-rated, so you can rinse it directly under running water and it dries quickly, without waiting days before putting it back in.

Two formats, both to be cropped

Size 38–41 measures 255 × 88 mm, while size 42–45 measures 275 × 96 mm. Start with the one closest to your size and trim it along the printed lines for a precise fit.

How to use them in five steps

How to use them in five steps

Trim the insole to size, place it inside the boot, fasten the strap around the calf, connect the power bank, and store it in the strap’s pocket. No tools, no modifications.

Cut only along the marked lines and never beyond the last one, choose the appropriate setting to avoid low-temperature burns, remove the insoles before washing the footwear, do not bend or puncture the heating sheet, and keep them away from acidic or alkaline liquids.

FAQs

For more information, please see our FAQ.

What size should I get?

There are two sizes: 38–41, measuring 255 × 88 mm, and 42–45, measuring 275 × 96 mm. Always start with the size closest to yours and trim it with scissors along the lines printed on the insole.

How are they cut to size?

Following the printed cutting lines, never going beyond the last one: the heating sheet is inside, and cutting it will damage the insole. It is better to remove a little, try it in the shoe, and refine it if necessary, because you cannot undo a cut.

How hot do they get, and for how long?

Four levels: 42–46 °C for about 5 hours, 47–49 °C for about 4 hours, 50–53 °C for about 3 hours and 45 minutes, and 54–57 °C for about 3 and a half hours. These values were measured by the LOBOO laboratory at an ambient temperature of −10 °C and should be considered indicative: in truly cold conditions, with the wind while riding, the battery life changes.

Is the power bank included?

Yes. The manufacturer's set images show the pair of insoles with two 5000 mAh power banks and two calf straps, one for each foot: the insoles work only with LOBOO portable power supplies, so the pack is part of the product and is not an accessory to purchase separately.

Can they be washed?

Yes: the insoles are IPX7-rated and can be rinsed directly under water, then dry quickly. The manufacturer recommends removing them from the footwear before washing it and not washing the power bank, which is IP65-rated but must not be immersed.

Where should I put the power bank while driving?

In the included elastic calf band, which has a dedicated pocket and non-slip silicone on the inside to keep it from slipping down during use. The cable is approximately 34 cm long, so the pack stays just above the boot.

Do they warm the whole foot or just the toes?

The entire plant. The element is a flexible heating film that distributes heat evenly, not a resistor concentrated in the forefoot.

Are they thick? Do they feel tight in the boot?

The double-layer silicone is 1.8 mm thick, so it replaces the original insole without taking up half a size. If your boot already fits just right with a thick technical sock, it’s best to try it first with the one you actually use.

Which level is best to use while traveling?

The manufacturer recommends the low setting for prolonged use, specifically to prevent low-temperature burns: continuous heat against the skin can cause damage even at temperatures that seem harmless. The high settings are for warming up quickly, not for keeping them on all day.

Is the power bank only for the insoles?

No. It’s bidirectional with 15 W PD fast charging, so you can charge your phone with the same battery pack: the manufacturer claims approximately 98% in two hours at 15 W.

Can I use them off the bike too?

Yes, the manufacturer recommends them for everyday use as well as driving: outdoor work, hunting, fishing, construction sites, or simply winter in the city.

Are there any precautions for use?

The manufacturer lists several: do not fold the heating sheet, puncture it with sharp objects, expose it to acidic or alkaline liquids, remove the insoles from the footwear before washing it, or exceed the stated usage interval. And do not cut beyond the marked line.
