Why are there such long screws in the package?

Because on this motorcycle, the frame is secured with through-bolts that pass through the rear subframe: the parts list specifies M8×70, M8×85, and M8×110, the longest in the entire range of LOBOO frames.It is best to insert them all and position the assembly before tightening: once the specified torque is reached, there is no room left for alignment.

What torque should the frame screws be tightened to?

The manual specifies a single value: 20 N·m for all M8 frame screws, in all four supplied lengths. A torque wrench is required but not included; the service tool, however, is included.

Should we drill the motorcycle?

No. The manual does not indicate any drilling: the frame is attached to the existing mounting points, and the modification is reversible. The original parts removed must be refitted according to the torque specifications indicated by Triumph.

Are the hardware and tools included?

Yes. The frame bill of materials lists eleven items: the two halves, the crossbar, two types of spacer, four lengths of M8 screw, eight washers, and the service tool.The only tool you need is a torque wrench.

Is the assembly manual in Italian?

Yes. The frame manual is published in eight languages, including Italian, with an illustrated parts breakdown and a numbered installation view.

Is the product covered by a warranty?

Yes: all LOBOO products sold on Endurrad are covered by the 24-month statutory consumer warranty. In the event of a lack of conformity, we will handle the claim with the manufacturer.

Check the configuration: the Tiger 900 is available in several versions, with different racks and dimensions. LOBOO documentation covers the Rally Pro from 2021 onward. Why the two sides have different capacities

The right case holds 30 liters instead of 35 because it is shaped around the exhaust: this is the version LOBOO calls exhaust avoidance, with a recessed lower wall. On a Rally Pro, designed to leave the asphalt behind, keeping the width down is exactly what is needed for narrow passages. The left case, without this constraint, retains its full 35-liter capacity.

How much they hold and how much they can weigh

LOBOO specifies a maximum load of 10 kg per side case. The pair weighs 11.6 kg empty, excluding the racks: 6 kg for the left case and 5.6 kg for the right.

The two measurements for the right case refer to the upper and lower sections, where it recesses around the exhaust. These are dimensions provided by the manufacturer based on manual measurement, so some tolerance should be expected.

What is not included

The top case and its rear plate are sold separately. Each case has its own sensor light in the lid: the kit includes two, one per side.

Alternatives for the same racks

The JP91B racks also support the WANDERER soft cases measuring 40+30 liters, if you prefer a lighter solution: we verified this compatibility ourselves, based on the 18 mm tube requirement that LOBOO specifies for those cases. If you already have the racks, you can purchase only the cases from the PIKE TRACKER series page. However, LOBOO cases can only be mounted on LOBOO racks: they are not interchangeable with mounts from other brands.

Maintenance

Wash with a water jet held at least one meter away, use a neutral detergent, and dry immediately afterward. Avoid acidic or alkaline products. Note down the number stamped on the key: it is needed to make a copy.

Frames and cases in a single order

The complete system for the Tiger 900 Rally Pro: JP91B frames plus a pair of PIKE TRACKER aluminum panniers, in the finish of your choice. No need to search for individual parts.

The difference in capacity between the two sides is due to the exhaust routing: the narrower right pannier keeps the bike compact in difficult passages.

Designed for the Rally Pro

The Tiger 900 is available in several configurations, with different subframes and dimensions. The official LOBOO documentation covers the Rally Pro from 2021 onward.

If you have a GT, GT Pro, or Rally, send us the version and year before ordering: we’ll confirm compatibility in writing.

Why 35 on the left and 30 on the right?

The exhaust runs along the right side of the Tiger 900. The narrower case leaves enough clearance and prevents contact with the exhaust outlet.

The Rally Pro is designed to venture off-road, so keeping the width down is exactly what’s needed when navigating tight passages.

Aluminum, key locks, waterproofness

The PIKE TRACKER cases are made of high-strength aluminum alloy, with perimeter seals and keyed locks on each case.

It is the most popular series in the LOBOO range: the same case can be mounted on more than fifteen different motorcycles by changing only the frame.

The JP91B frames are included

You don’t need to search for them separately: the JP91B frames are included in the order and mount onto the attachment points provided by Triumph.

The same frames also support the 40+30-liter WANDERER semi-rigid panniers if you change your mind about the type of luggage in the future: it’s a compatibility we verified ourselves, based on the 18 mm tube requirement that LOBOO specifies for those panniers.

Black or silver, same construction

The two finishes make no technical difference: same aluminum, same locks, same seal. The choice is purely aesthetic.

On more understated Triumph liveries, silver visually lightens the rear, while black keeps the bike looking compact.

Please observe the maximum load per side rack specified by Triumph in the motorcycle's manual.
Recheck all fastenings after the first 100-200 km and periodically with off-road use.
The load must not obstruct the license plate and rear lights or extend beyond the limits set by the Highway Code.

What exactly does the kit include?

JP91B side frames plus a pair of PIKE TRACKER P35L and P30R panniers in the chosen finish. If you already have the frames installed, you can purchase the panniers only from the PIKE TRACKER series page.

Is it also compatible with the Triumph Tiger 850 Sport?

Yes. The cover of the frame manual lists two motorcycles: the Tiger 850 Sport and Tiger 900 Rally Pro, both from 2021 onward. It is a single part number with the same packaging because the two motorcycles share the same chassis and rear subframe.

The other models in the 900 range—GT, GT Pro, and base Rally—are not mentioned by the manufacturer; in that case, contact us before ordering.

Why do the two suitcases have different capacities, 35 and 30 liters?

Because the exhaust runs along the right side, the narrower pannier keeps the motorcycle from becoming too wide and reduces the risk of contact with the exhaust muffler. It is a design choice, not a limitation of the range.

Do the suitcases lock with a key?

Yes, with a five-lever cylinder lock that can be removed and replaced without changing the suitcase. The key is retractable and has a number stamped on it.

Make a note of it: if you lose both keys, that number lets you request a duplicate without replacing the lock.

Is the kit a better deal, or should I buy the frame and cases separately?

The kit exists to simplify purchasing: on a single page, you’ll find the combination already verified for your motorcycle, without having to cross-reference the codes.

If you already have the cases, or prefer the WANDERER soft cases, you’ll find only the JP91B frame on a separate page at Endurrad.

Can I mount luggage from other brands on them, or these on other frames?

No, in either direction. LOBOO’s documentation is explicit: LOBOO aluminum cases can only be mounted on LOBOO racks and are not compatible with racks from other brands. The same document specifies that the racks are installed without permanent modifications to the motorcycle.
