LOBOO Handlebar Riser for VOGE DS525X (2023+) and DS625X | 25 mm Rise

LOBOO declares two applications: VOGE DS525X from 2023 and DS625X from 2025. Our distributor’s price list shows the same.

Twenty-five millimeters, exactly one inch. It is a fixed measurement: there are no variants with different lifts, nor any adjustments after installation.

This part number only raises the handlebars; it does not move them toward the rider.

Put that way, they may seem small, but they fall in exactly the right spot: they change the angle at which the arms reach the grips, and that determines how much the shoulders close in.

The difference is immediate when standing on the foot pegs; when seated, it adds up hour after hour. It is the most widely used size in the LOBOO range precisely because it corrects without radically altering the setup.

With a 25 mm rise, the slack in the original cables is normally sufficient, and LOBOO does not provide replacements. However, this should still be checked on your motorcycle.

With the motorcycle stationary, turn the handlebars fully from side to side and check that the cables and hoses do not become taut, bind, or rub.

For the pair: you receive both risers, which is everything needed for the entire handlebar.

Because LOBOO develops VOGE accessories using the motorcycle’s original 3D data—the same data used during the design phase—wheelbase dimensions, tolerances, and clearances match the factory specifications instead of being adapted from a generic template.

In practice, this means the part sits flat and the screws go in straight, without forcing.

Yes: this riser only raises the handlebar; it does not move it back toward the tank, so the available space does not change.

If you use a handlebar-mounted navigation holder, after installation check that it does not come into contact with the windscreen when the handlebars are turned fully.

Silver, with a finish achieved through anodic oxidation. Anodizing is not a layer applied over the metal like paint: it is a conversion of the aluminum surface itself, so it does not chip at the first knock from a wrench and offers better corrosion resistance.

Yes. Risers do not replace the handlebar: they fit between the top plate and the clamps, repositioning the one you already have. The controls, grips, bar-end weights, and handguards remain where they are.

Standing on the footpegs, you no longer need to lean forward and gain leverage on the handlebars: on dirt, it is the difference between working with the bike and chasing it. Control is more immediate during slow maneuvers.

This is not a chassis modification: the geometry, suspension, and braking system remain unchanged.

Yes. The risers mount to the original mounting points without permanent modifications: reinstall the stock clamps, and the motorcycle returns to its original configuration.

It’s within reach of anyone with a torque wrench and basic mechanical skills: remove the handlebar’s upper clamps, insert the risers, and tighten everything back up.

A torque wrench is genuinely necessary because these are the bolts securing the handlebar. LOBOO does not publish torque values for this part number; use the values specified by VOGE. Without the tool, it’s better to have a workshop do it.
