All you need to know before ordering
Technical specifications, equipment, delivery, and warranty: find every detail, verified against official LOBOO documentation, below.
The LOBOO CHW292 radiator guard is a high-strength aluminum alloy grille that mounts in front of the radiator on the Honda CB400X and CB500X. It stops stones and gravel thrown up by the wheel or vehicles ahead, with slots that, according to LOBOO, channel air toward the radiator core.
Does it fit my motorcycle?
- Honda CB400X from 2021 onward: this is the model specified in the installation manual.
- Honda CB500X: LOBOO states that it is compatible in its official listings, without specifying the model years. Contact us with your model and year before ordering.
- Honda NX400 and NX500: they have a dedicated radiator guard.
How it is made
- High-strength aluminum alloy, lightweight.
- Air-conducting slots: they block gravel and, according to the manufacturer, accelerate airflow toward the radiator.
- Treated surface finish, silver color.
- Attaches at the four original mounting points around the radiator, with no drilling or cutting.
What you receive and how to install it
The grille, three spacers, four M6 screws (one 18 mm, two 25 mm, and one 40 mm), four M6 washers, and threadlocker. The manual instructs you to install all the parts without tightening them, then apply the threadlocker and tighten each screw to 10 N·m.
