Accessory wiring pigtails are sized for the most common installation. If you choose a different position — a spotlight on a distant crash bar, a brake light behind the license plate — the cable won't reach, and the alternative is to extend it by hand with a splice exposed to the elements.
This 120 cm extension connects at both ends with sealed connectors: no cutting, no soldering, and the original watertight seal is maintained.
