Description Kickstand plate for Benelli TRK 552X from 2024 | aluminum and 304 stainless steel, 128 g

The LOBOO CJC683 side stand plate widens the footprint of the Benelli TRK 552X from 2024 side stand: when parked, the motorcycle's weight is distributed over a much larger area instead of the few square centimeters of the stock foot.

Mixed construction

Base in high-strength aluminum alloy, upper cover in 304 stainless steel, both CNC-machined. LOBOO states that CNC machining is responsible for the finish and precise hole positioning. Claimed total weight: 128 g.

Anti-slip grooves are machined into the sides and bottom of the base to prevent lateral sliding on sloping surfaces: widening the footprint without providing grip would solve only half the problem.

Mounts over the original foot

The stock side stand foot does not need to be removed: it remains enclosed between the base and cover, which are tightened with four M5×12 screws. No drilling or permanent modifications are required, and the original setup can be restored in a few minutes if the motorcycle is resold. LOBOO states that it developed the shape using the vehicle's original data.

What the manual states

  • Contents: base, cover, 4 M5×12 screws, 3 mm Allen key, single-dose threadlocker
  • Tightening torque: 5 N·m for all four screws
  • Do not fully tighten immediately: make all adjustments first, then perform the final tightening in sequence
  • Periodically check the mounting screws
  • Manual in eight languages included in the package

The four screws are specific to this model: almost the entire LOBOO side stand plate range uses only three. The dimensions are not provided by the manufacturer, which publishes only a reference ruler from 0 to 8 cm and warns that the measurements are taken by hand.

The plate reduces the risk of sinking but does not eliminate it: you remain responsible for assessing the surface where you park.

For other models, see all side stand plates.

Why choose it
Who is it recommended for

Documents and manufacturer

How does it work, in detail?

The kickstand foot, extended

The kickstand foot, extended

The foot of the TRK 552X's standard kickstand rests on just a few square centimeters. The CJC683 plate enlarges that surface and distributes the motorcycle's weight over a much larger area.

It's the same principle as the small plates you take with you on trips, except this one stays mounted on the motorcycle and won't be forgotten at home.

Aluminum base, 304 stainless steel cover

Aluminum base, 304 stainless steel cover

Hybrid construction, and it’s a deliberate choice: the base that rests on the ground is made of high-strength aluminum alloy to keep the weight down; the cover that clamps onto the original foot is made of 304 stainless steel, where mechanical strength and rust resistance are essential.

Both parts are CNC-machined, and LOBOO cites computer numerical control machining as the reason for the finish and the precise positioning of the holes: these are the holes that must align with the shape of the original foot.

It mounts on the original foot without drilling.

It mounts on the original foot without drilling.

The original kickstand foot does not need to be removed. The base is positioned underneath, the stainless-steel cover on top, and the screws clamp them together around the stock foot.

No drilling or permanent modifications: if you sell the motorcycle, it can be returned to its original condition in just a few minutes. LOBOO states that it developed the shape using the vehicle’s original data.

Four screws, not three

Four screws, not three

It is the only plate in the LOBOO range that is secured with four M5×12 screws instead of the usual three. The cover has a fork-shaped profile that surrounds the original foot on two sides, and the four tightening points distribute the load across that geometry.

The box contains the base, cover, four screws, a 3 mm Allen key, and a single-use portion of threadlocker. Torque specified in the manual: 5 N·m on all four, tightened in sequence rather than fully tightened on the first pass.

Non-slip grooves on the sides and bottom

Non-slip grooves on the sides and bottom

The grooves are formed along the sides and bottom of the base, and they prevent lateral slipping.

On gravel, wet grass, or sloping concrete, a wide but smooth surface tends to slide: widening the support without providing grip would solve only half the problem.

Before and after, on the same plot of land

Before and after, on the same plot of land

The two manufacturer photos show the same stand on the same loose soil: without the plate, the foot cuts into the ground and sinks; with the plate, it stays on the surface.

This is the use case the plate was designed for: parking on compacted earth, gravel, grass, and asphalt softened by the summer sun.

The figures stated by the manufacturer

The figures stated by the manufacturer

The LOBOO specifications list aluminum and 304 stainless steel, CNC machining, and a weight of 128 g, for the Benelli TRK 552X from 2024 onward only.

The dimensions are not specified: the manual only shows a reference ruler from 0 to 8 cm and warns that the measurements were taken by hand. If you need the exact overall dimensions, contact us and we will verify them before you place the order.

On the TRK 552X, where it truly matters

On the TRK 552X, where it truly matters

The TRK 552X is a crossover that’s meant to be used properly: gravel roads, stops at unpaved service areas, and improvised parking. It’s exactly the kind of use where the original kickstand foot finds ground that gives way.

With luggage and a passenger, the margin gets even slimmer: widening the footprint on the ground is one of the least expensive upgrades with the greatest practical benefit on this bike.

FAQs

For more information, please see our FAQ.

Is it compatible with my Benelli?

The LOBOO installation manual and parameter sheet specify only one motorcycle for this code: the Benelli TRK 552X from 2024 onward, with an open window.

If you have a TRK 502 or a TRK 702, this is not the right part: a dedicated code exists for the 702 and 702X. Write to us and we’ll tell you the correct one.

Do I need to remove the foot of the original kickstand?

No. The stock kickstand remains in place, enclosed between the base and the plate cover, which are tightened with four screws. LOBOO calls it a non-destructive installation: no drilling or permanent modifications, and if you resell it, you can restore the original setup in just a few minutes.

What tool is needed, and what torque should the screws be tightened to?

A 3 mm Allen key, included in the package together with the four M5×12 screws and a single-use dose of threadlocker. The torque specified in the manual is 5 N·m for all four screws.

The manual says not to fully tighten them immediately: first adjust the position, then tighten them in sequence, and recheck the screws periodically.

Why four screws and not three?

This is a specific design choice for this model: almost all other LOBOO stand plates are secured with three screws, while the CJC683 uses four.

The manufacturer does not explain why. Looking at the exploded view, the CJC683 cover wraps around the original foot over a larger perimeter, and the four fastening points follow that shape.

What’s in the package?

The manual lists five items: the support base, the top cover, four M5×12 screws, a 3 mm Allen key, and a single-dose packet of threadlocker. The box also contains the assembly manual in eight languages.

What material is it made of?

It has a mixed construction: a high-strength aluminum alloy base and a 304 stainless steel top cover, both CNC-machined. This is what the manufacturer’s specifications sheet states.

LOBOO does not disclose the aluminum alloy designation, so we do not report it.

How much does it weigh, and how big is it?

The manufacturer states 128 g.

The dimensions are not specified: the manual only includes a reference ruler from 0 to 8 cm, and LOBOO warns that measurements are taken by hand. If you need the exact dimensions, contact us.

Do anti-slip grooves really work?

They are needed for something other than sinking: lateral sliding. A wide but smooth plate distributes weight well, but on gravel, wet grass, or sloping concrete, it can slip.

LOBOO adds grooves to the sides and bottom of the base specifically to grip the supporting surface.

Change the parked motorcycle's lean angle?

A little, yes, and the manufacturer says so openly: by adding thickness under the foot, the support point rises slightly and the bike remains a touch more upright.

On a loaded LOBOO motorcycle, LOBOO considers this an advantage because it makes it easier to lift the bike back up from the stand. The change is minimal and remains within normal parking angles.

Is it an original LOBOO product?

Yes: we sell exclusively genuine, brand-new LOBOO products in the manufacturer’s original packaging, with the assembly manual included in eight languages.

How is shipping handled, and can I return it?

Tracked shipping throughout Italy, free for orders over 100 euros; in Europe, it is free for orders over 250 euros.

You have 14 days from receipt of the last item in your order to request a return, in accordance with the conditions in the returns and refunds policy. The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging.

Is the product covered by a warranty?

Yes: all LOBOO products sold on Endurrad are covered by the 24-month statutory consumer warranty. In the event of a lack of conformity, we will handle the claim with the manufacturer.
