How much protection do they provide in the event of a fall?

LOBOO does not publish standardized impact tests for this product code, and we do not invent them. What the manufacturer states is the structure: an aluminum bar anchored at two points, with rubber pads on the sides that cushion unexpected impacts. These are handguards for road use and light adventure riding, not approved safety devices.

Aluminum alloy handguard bars designed for the Honda ADV350 from 2025 onward. They protect your hands and brake and clutch levers from wind, rain, and debris, while cushioning low-speed impacts - the kind that can bend a lever in traffic or on a dirt road and leave you stranded.

Mounting is at two points, at the end of the handlebar and on the inner side: LOBOO calls this a double-point mount, and it provides rigidity without drilling or modifying the motorcycle. Rubber bumpers on the sides absorb impacts instead of transferring them to the handlebar.

The LOBOO handguard consists of three parts

The manufacturer sells them separately, so each wear-prone part can be replaced on its own: the aluminum bar, the plastic shield with adjustable deflector, and the impact bumper. This page offers both options.

Bars only - a pair of aluminum bars with hardware and threadlocker, in black or silver. Without shields: the right choice if you already have the shields or want to fit different ones.

One handguard, three separate pieces

LOBOO builds the complete handguard from three independent elements: the aluminum bar, the shield with the deflector, and the impact pad. This is intentional: if one part gets damaged, you can replace it on its own without throwing away the rest. On this page, you can get just the bars or the complete set.

High-strength aluminum frame

The load-bearing structure is made of aluminum alloy, with shock-absorbing rubber on the side and a height-adjustable deflector on the shield. It is the part that absorbs the impact and keeps the lever away from the asphalt in the event of a low-speed fall.

Lightweight, but protects hands and levers

The manufacturer states that it is made of a high-toughness aluminum alloy: it contains the added weight at the end of the handlebar, where it is felt most on the steering, while also protecting the hands and the brake and clutch levers.

Dual mounting and side pads

The bracket anchors at two points instead of just one: the manufacturer describes this solution as ensuring stability and rigidity. Rubber pads on the sides cushion unexpected impacts instead of transferring them all to the handlebar.

Adjustable deflector with three height settings

The upper extension of the shield raises, lowers, or comes off completely depending on the season and type of route: more protection in winter and on the motorway, a clean profile when it is not needed. It is a function of the CHP001 shield, so it is available on the complete-set variants.

Adjusts without tools

Changing the deflector height or removing it requires no tools: LOBOO states that it can be adjusted by hand. It is the difference between an accessory you adapt to each day's journey and one that stays as you installed it in January.

Worn parts replace themselves automatically

The shield and bumper pad are the parts that take the scratches and impacts. Since they are separate codes, after a slide you can restore the handguard by replacing only the damaged piece: the aluminum arch stays in place.

LOBOO declares only one model for code CHS511: Honda ADV350 from 2025 onward. Compatibility is not declared for earlier ADV350 models or other scooters in the range: write to us with the year and version, and we will check it before the order.

What does the bow package contain?

The manual lists 13 items: eight structural components in right and left pairs, 2 M8×20 screws, 2 M6×12 screws, 2 M6×16 screws, 2 M6×60 screws, and a tube of threadlocker. The assembly manual is included. The shields and impact bumpers are not part of this package.

Are the shields included with the bows?

No. LOBOO sells the three components that make up the handguard separately: brace (CHS511), shield with deflector (CHP001), and bumper pad (CFCK001). By choosing Braces only, you receive the two braces with the hardware; by choosing Complete set, you also receive shields and pads.

What is the difference between Brackets only and Complete set?

Solo archetti is the pair of CHS511 aluminum bars with hardware: it protects the levers but does not shield against the wind. The complete set adds the pair of CHP001 shields with the three-height deflector and CFCK001 impact buffers, which is the configuration the manufacturer refers to as the complete handguard.

How are they mounted? Do you need to drill into the handlebars?

No drilling and no permanent modifications. Each bar is secured at two points, at the end of the handlebar and at an inner mounting point, using the supplied hardware. The manual instructs you not to tighten immediately: first position and adjust all components, then tighten them in sequence to the specified torque values.

What are the tightening torques?

The manual specifies 18 N·m for the M8×20 screws and 12 N·m for all M6 screws (M6×12, M6×16, and M6×60). Threadlocker is included in the package. The manual also reminds you to reinstall the screws and components removed from the motorcycle using Honda's specified torque values.
