Description LOBOO aluminum handguard system for Triumph Scrambler 1200XE (2024+)

Handguards with a high-strength aluminum alloy body for the Triumph Scrambler 1200XE from 2024 onward. They replace the motorcycle’s original handguards: the CHS931 bracket attaches to the same two mounting points, the handlebar end and the collar near the controls. The wind deflector can be adjusted to three positions or removed completely, without tools.

Why choose this LOBOO product

  • High-strength aluminum alloy body: a rigid cage around the hands and brake and clutch levers. Original levers cost much more than a handguard.
  • They replace the original handguards: they are not added to the Scrambler 1200XE’s standard handguards; they take their place using the same mounting points.

Assembly

  • Remove the original handguards of the Scrambler 1200XE: the CHS931 replaces them, without drilling.

Is assembly within everyone’s reach?

It is a simple mechanical job, but it requires removing the original handguards and working near levers and controls. For this model, LOBOO does not publish torque specifications: tighten carefully, recheck after the first 100–200 km, and make sure the cables and controls remain unobstructed.

Can I change the shield color later?

Yes. The shield and bracket are separate pieces: you can later order only the pair of CHP001 shields in the other color and keep the bracket already installed. The bracket is always black.

Do they interfere with mirrors and controls?

In the manufacturer's images, the handguard stays within the handlebar line without extending beyond the grips. After installation, still test the steering at full lock on both sides and check that the mirrors, cables, and controls do not touch anything.

Are the accessories shown in the photos included?

No. LOBOO identifies its images as for illustrative purposes only: the additional spotlights, engine guard, and luggage rack shown in the installation photos are not included in this set.

How do you clean them?

Water and mild soap. Avoid solvents on the clear deflector, as they can cloud it. After an impact, check the brackets, clamps, and bump stops before getting back on the road.
