The CHS222 bracket is specifically designed for three models: KTM 790 Adventure from 2019, KTM 890 Adventure from 2023, and Husqvarna Norden 901 from 2023.

The shield and bumpers, on the other hand, are common components across the entire LOBOO handguard range: if you already have a bracket on another motorcycle, those components will work as well. If you’re unsure about your setup, send us the model and year.

The transparent extension above the shield can be adjusted to two heights and can also be removed completely. Use the high position in winter and on the motorway, where you need more protection; the low position when you want more air on your hands; remove it in summer or off-road. It can be changed in one minute without tools.

No. The bracket uses the existing mounting points: the bar-end counterweight mount and the collar near the controls. No drilling or permanent modifications are required. If you ever want to remove them, the motorcycle returns to exactly how it was.

Because a handguard attached only at the end of the handlebar twists and vibrates. With the second mount on the clamp, the structure becomes a triangle: it stays steady at highway speeds and better withstands side impacts. That’s the difference between a cosmetic handguard and one that truly protects the levers.

The aluminum-alloy body and lateral impact pads are designed to absorb accidental impacts and light sliding contact, keeping the levers away from direct contact with the ground. Each handguard measures 306.2 mm in length, 126.3 mm in shield height, and 200.3 mm in lateral extension. These dimensions were measured manually by the manufacturer, so there may be a tolerance of a few millimeters. LOBOO does not state the weight.

Yes, the LOBOO catalog does list it; the technical panel specifies black and silver. However, our distributor only keeps the black bracket in stock, so the silver version remains on the page as a made-to-order item. Yes. The CHP001 shield is a separate component and is available on this same page in black or white. It screws off the bracket and can be replaced without touching the rest of the assembly. It is also the replacement part to order if the shield gets scratched after a fall.

For the models listed, the dimensions are those specified by the manufacturer, and no interference has been reported. If you have installed a larger windshield or aftermarket mirrors, after installation turn the handlebars fully in both directions and check that nothing makes contact: it only takes ten seconds and is always worth doing.

Water and mild soap, using a soft cloth. On the transparent deflector, avoid solvents and harsh products, which can cloud the plastic, and do not use dry cloths on dusty surfaces because they can scratch them. After the first few outings, check the tightness of the clamps again.
