Description B6 plug-and-play brake light kit for Ducati DesertX LAH2210600

The brake light kit ready for the Ducati DesertX: a license plate holder with integrated B6 brake light delivering 870 lumens, plus the specific wiring adapter for the motorcycle's brake light connector.

The holder replaces the original one, and the wiring connects inline to the factory connector: no cut wires, no splicing, reversible installation. Dual circuit — running light at 50%, brake light at 100% — six LEDs, 180-degree viewing angle, IP67 rating.

Kit includes: 1× license plate holder with B6 brake light (DNLB610000) and 1× wiring adapter for DesertX (DNLWHS24000).

If you want maximum visibility from behind, a version with two pods is available: code LAH2210700.

Who is it recommended for

A chi vuole il risultato senza il cablaggio. È la versione pensata per chi non ha voglia di aprire l'impianto: tutto si innesta su connettori già presenti e il montaggio si fa con gli attrezzi di bordo.

A chi gira molto fuori città. Su statali e strade di montagna la differenza fra una luce e nessuna luce in più si misura nei metri di reazione di chi ti segue.

Quando conviene il doppio. Se porti spesso borse morbide o un bauletto che restringono la vista sulla coda, i due pod del codice LAH2210700 distribuiscono la luce sulla larghezza e si leggono meglio.

A complete license plate holder, not a pod to stick on

The main part of the kit is code DNLB610000: a license plate holder with the B6 brake light already integrated, not a module to attach to the license plate holder you have. Replace the original holder with this one, and the light is already in place, at the correct height, with no additional brackets.

870 lumens where needed, with two brightness levels

870 lumens where needed, with two brightness levels

Six LEDs for 870 lumens, with a 180-degree viewing angle: it can also be seen by anyone approaching from the side. The light stays on at 50 percent as a running light and rises to 100 percent when braking, in sync with the original brake light, so the DesertX's rear is no longer just a red dot.

The adapter is the reason for plug and play

The kit includes the DNLWHS24000 harness, designed for the DesertX brake-light connector. It plugs in inline between the original connector and the light: no wires cut, no plug-in tap, no tester. It also makes the installation reversible in ten minutes if you sell the bike.

What exactly is in the box?

Two codes: DNLB610000, which is the license plate holder with the B6 brake light already integrated, and DNLWHS24000, the wiring adapter specifically for the DesertX. The holder is not a separate part to buy: it is already included in the first code.

Do I need to cut or drill anything on the motorcycle?

No. The bracket replaces the original one using the existing mounting points, and the wiring plugs into the stock brake light connector. The installation is completely reversible: once the kit is removed, the motorcycle returns exactly to its original condition.

How do you connect it?

The pods mount on the license plate, and the inline adapter plugs into the original brake light connector: no cut wires, no splices. The included adapter is already the specific one for your motorcycle, so there’s nothing to choose or adapt.
