The essential lighting package for Harley-Davidson motorcycles with crash bars: two D3 auxiliary lights, the articulated clamps for 32 to 38 mm bars that secure them to the bar, and the wiring harness with a waterproof switch.

The D3 lights are the road-legal series in the range, certified to both SAE and ECE standards: a rarity among auxiliary lights, meaning the beam is designed not to dazzle oncoming traffic.

Kit contents: 2× D3 LED auxiliary lights (DNLD3050), 1× articulated clamp set for 32 to 38 mm bars (LAH0010400B), 1× driving light wiring harness kit (DNLWHS12400).

Road-approved, SAE, and ECE

The D3 series is approved under both SAE and ECE standards, which is rare among auxiliary lights. This is not a bureaucratic detail: it means the beam has been designed not to dazzle oncoming drivers, and that the product will stand up to inspection.

Clamps from 32 to 38 mm

The included collars clamp onto engine guard bars between 32 and 38 mm in diameter and can be adjusted after installation. This is a precise measurement: thinner or thicker tubes require different clamps, which we carry in our catalog.

Come si monta

Istruzioni complete e note di sicurezza

Prima di tutto, misura la barra. I morsetti compresi vanno da 32 a 38 mm: servono un paramotore o una barra di quella misura. È la verifica che evita il reso.

Ordine di lavoro. Prima i morsetti sulla barra, poi i faretti, poi il cablaggio con il pulsante, e infine il puntamento.

Come si accendono. Il kit cablaggio compreso porta corrente dalla batteria e si comanda con il pulsante stagno in dotazione, da montare sul manubrio. Non c'è nessuna lettura del CANbus.

Omologazione. I D3 sono omologati SAE ed ECE, quindi utilizzabili su strada: è la differenza rispetto alla maggior parte dei faretti supplementari.

Verifica finale. Serraggio ricontrollato dopo i primi 50 km, fascio puntato sotto l'altezza dell'anabbagliante e cavi con gioco a sterzo girato.

La serie D3 è dichiarata omologata SAE ed ECE. L'installazione e l'uso restano soggetti alle prescrizioni del codice della strada su numero, posizione e altezza dei proiettori supplementari.

DENALI riconosce 5 anni di garanzia convenzionale del produttore, che si aggiunge ai 24 mesi di garanzia legale di conformità.

A chi vuole stare tranquillo sull'omologazione. È il motivo principale per scegliere i D3.

Which Harley models does it fit?

For any Harley with an engine guard bar between 32 and 38 mm: the kit depends not on the model but on the tube diameter. Measure your engine guard before ordering, or write to us with the model and we'll check it.

Do you need a control unit?

No. The included wiring harness has a waterproof switch and powers the lights from the battery without touching the motorcycle's electronics. If you want control from the original controls, check the DNL23KIT002C kit, which includes the CANsmart controller.

Why the D3 and not the D7 PRO?

For approval and price. The D3s are certified to SAE and ECE standards and cost less than half as much as the D7 PRO kit. On a Harley, which is primarily ridden on the road, they cover what’s needed.
