Everything you need to know before ordering

Technical specifications, equipment, delivery, and warranty: below you’ll find every detail verified against the official DENALI documentation.

Description DL4 auxiliary light kit with wiring harness and clamps for Triumph Tiger 900 and 1200

Code DNL11KIT001C — DENALI code DNL.11.KIT.001C

Complete kit for equipping the front end of the Triumph Tiger 900 from 2020 and Tiger 1200 from 2022: two DL4 auxiliary lights with 3,400 lumens each, articulated clamps for crash bars, and wiring with relay and switch. Together, they provide 6,800 lumens, with a range of 333 meters and a beam width of 64 meters.

The DL4 lights use monoblock TIR optics and a sealed housing: fewer components, no gaskets that can fail, and IP68 and IP69K protection. The white lens is approved under ECE R149 as a high beam.

The mount uses an articulated clamp for bars from 21 to 29 mm, so it is not tied to a single model and remains usable even if you change motorcycles. The lights feature DataDim technology: if you later add a DialDim or CANsmart controller, you can switch to adjustment from the original controls without replacing anything.

Why choose it

  • Lente bianca omologata ECE R149 come abbagliante.
  • Ottica TIR monoblocco e corpo sigillato: IP68 e IP69K.
Who is it recommended for

Documents and manufacturer

Restano esclusi usura normale, abrasione, uso improprio, installazione errata, incidenti e modifiche.

How does it work, in detail?

  • Two ECE-approved DL4 spotlights, crash-bar clamps, and ready-to-install wiring: the complete setup for the Tiger.
Three pieces, and the Tiger is ready.

Three pieces, and the Tiger is ready.

Everything you need is in the box, with nothing else to hunt down afterward: two DL4 auxiliary lights with DataDim technology, articulated collars for the crash bars, and the wiring kit with relay and switch. You don’t have to choose brackets, source a relay, or drill anything.

It’s the setup that takes the Tiger 900 or 1200 from its standard lighting to 6,800 lumens at the front, with a 333-meter range and 64 meters of width as a pair.

The collar does not attach you to the motorcycle

The collar does not attach you to the motorcycle

The articulated clamp closes onto crash bars from 21 to 29 mm in diameter, so the same part fits the Tiger 900 from 2020 onward and the Tiger 1200 from 2022 onward. Measure your tube before ordering: outside that range, you need a different mount.

The advantage is that a universal mount remains usable even if you change motorcycles, whereas a mount designed for a specific model ends up in a drawer.

The DL4s feature DataDim technology: the third connector wire carries the dimming signal. With this kit’s universal wiring, the lights can be switched on and off, while remaining ready for a controller.

If you later add a DialDim or the CANsmart control unit for the Tiger, you can adjust the brightness using the original controls without changing the lights or collars.

FAQs

For more information, see our FAQ of frequently asked questions.

How do I know if the collars fit my bars?

Measure the diameter of your engine guard tube: the included adjustable clamp fits bars from 21 to 29 mm. This range covers most stock and aftermarket engine guards, but measure before ordering.

Does it work on both the Tiger 900 and the Tiger 1200?

Yes. Precisely because the mounting is collar-based rather than model-specific, the kit fits the Tiger 900 from 2020 onward and the Tiger 1200 from 2022 onward, and remains usable even if you change motorcycles.

Can I adjust the intensity using the motorcycle controls?

No. This kit uses the universal wiring harness with a switch. Control from the Tiger’s joystick requires the dedicated CANsmart controller, which can be added later because the DL4s feature DataDim technology.
