Complete front-end setup for BMW R 1250 GS, GS Adventure, RT, and RS from 2019 to 2023: two D7 PRO auxiliary lights delivering 11,900 lumens each, the collars for the crash bars, the specific CANsmart GEN II controller, and the extension cables.

The D7 PRO has two independent circuits in the same housing, and the controller uses them for different purposes: separate right- and left-side central visibility optics, synchronized with the turn signals, and an external white circuit that follows the high and low beams.

The collar mount clamps onto bars from 21 to 29 mm, so it is not tied to a single model. The configuration uses three of the four circuits; the fourth remains available for a horn, brake light, or the rear T3 pods.

The D7 PRO has two independent circuits in the same housing. In this kit, the control unit keeps them separate: the central visibility optics, divided between right and left, flash in sync with the original indicators, while the external white circuit follows the high and low beams.

During the day, you remain visible and signal turns; at night, you get 11,900 lumens per auxiliary light and 380 meters of range that follow the headlight without touching anything.

The standard configuration uses three of the four circuits. The fourth remains available, already wired and already paid for: when you want to add a SoundBomb horn, a B6 brake light, or T3 rear pods, you won’t need to change the control unit or add relays.

Each circuit supports 10 A continuously and can be reassigned using the CANsmart Accessory Manager software.

Does it also work on the R 1250 RT and RS, or only on the GS models?

The stated compatibility covers the R 1250 GS, GS Adventure, RT, and RS from 2019 to 2023. The collar fits your preferred mounting point, so it does not depend on the presence of GS engine guards.

How much needs to be disassembled to connect the control unit?

Poco: the RDC connector is located in the compartment behind the passenger seat, so only the seat and the panels in that area are needed. No wires need to be cut; the control unit plugs in inline.

Can I add a horn or brake light later?

Yes. This configuration uses three of the four circuits, leaving one free 10 A circuit. You can connect a SoundBomb or a B6 brake light to it without changing the control unit or adding relays.
