Three items: the pair of JP901B side frames designed for the Norden 901, the 35-liter P35L case for the left side, and the 30-liter P30R case for the right. Nothing else needs to be added to get started.

The top case and JP901W mounting plate are separate items, for those who want to switch to a three-case configuration.

The frame manual lists the Husqvarna Norden 901 from 2023 onward and does not mention the Expedition version.

For a kit of this value, we would rather tell you than make assumptions: if you have the Expedition, write to us before ordering and we will ask the distributor for confirmation.

For the exhaust tip. The right pannier is shaped: it measures 227 mm at the top and 167 mm at the bottom, so it clears the exhaust without making the motorcycle wider.

The alternative would be to equalize the volumes by widening both sides: five extra liters and several more centimeters of bulk, which you really notice in tight spaces. The orientation cannot be reversed: the bulkier luggage goes on the left.

The empty cases alone weigh 11.6 kg: 6 kg for the 35-liter case and 5.6 kg for the 30-liter case. The frame and luggage must be added to these weights.

With the handles and hardware installed, the external length of each case is 498 mm: this is the measurement to use to determine whether the motorcycle will fit through where you usually keep it.

Yes, with a cylinder lock protected from water and dust. The key is retractable and has a number stamped on it: if you lose all of them, that number allows you to request a duplicate without replacing the lock.

The manufacturer states that they keep water out even in heavy rain, but does not assign these cases an IP rating: you will not find a value such as IPX6, and we do not write one in its place.

For electronic luggage, it remains good practice to use an inner bag.

No, in either direction. LOBOO’s documentation is explicit: LOBOO aluminum cases can only be mounted on LOBOO racks and are not compatible with racks from other brands. The same document specifies that the racks are installed without permanent modifications to the motorcycle.

No. The manual does not specify drilling: the frame is attached to the existing mounting points, and the modification is reversible. Two M8×65 bolts pass through the subframe and must be inserted before tightening the remaining bolts.

The removed original parts must be reinstalled according to the torque specifications indicated by Husqvarna.

The manual specifies 12 N·m for the M6 screws and 20 N·m for the M8 screws. A torque wrench is required but not included; the service tool is included.

Don’t rely on memory from another LOBOO frame: on the KTM 790, for example, the values are 14 and 22 N·m.
